Various people. Nuka designed most although he has stopped making them. Cheat designed some, Vien designed some, and Comms gave us the gift of the #SWAGE nameplate but if you want to make some you're more than welcome to.
I'm pretty good with photoshop.
Where do I turn in applications?

I did not know that such anusmongers as Prometheus, his lordship engineering student, had been promoted to mod. Outside of my obvious discipline infractions, I'm actually a very good candidate for b.net mod. Well acquainted with some of the Elder ninjas, and seen by some inside HFCS as capable with the interests of the website. But, mods don't make racist comments...
