How on earth do you avoid sugars completely? it's pretty much in everything.
I go out of my way to avoid eating processed sugars, and try to eat more savory vegetables instead of sugar rich fruits. But natural sugars in things like raw carrots aren't nearly as bad for you as a coke. I eat a lot of meat. Raw fish is a favorite. I don't eat white bread, but other breads still turn to sugar. It's just less extreme. Pretty much all I drink is water, tea, and black coffee.
