Also, I made a version that doesn't require you to download Technicolor script at all.
Not to mention, your thread, and also SecondClass' voiced disdain, were what prompted the creation of an opt in fix, seeing as there are plenty of people who don't care, or prefer it the other way.

After a few shenanigans with giraffes and Ayy lmaos and Slash being Slash, Cheat has introduced a maximum avatar height to the forum. To many people, this doesn't matter at all. To others, it's a godsend, as the forum now actually looks better But to a handful, it's an outrage. So, to sate the needs of the few, I have created an opt in setting for Technicolor which removes the maximum height, which is available for download here. What's that? You don't want to use Technicolor? Okay, the same function is available for standalone download here. There, now everybody is happy.

Also, your understanding of the scene is flawed in general, as you are under the popular impression that Bane was reminding CIA that he was a big guy "for him."
The intended result was for bane to say "It would be extremely painful, for you." but CIA interrupted him, showing that CIA was too eager and obscuring his own view of events, which was the ultimate downfall of him.
This is also foreshadowing to when Batman eagerly confronts Bane somewhere where he must play by Bane's rules, just as CIA had, and teaches the ultimate moral lesson that you cannot be just if you are too eager to hand out punishment.
