There's plenty of tragic death in Halo.
In terms of likability/popularity,
Keyes=/=Rookie
Other Keyes isn't even close to the Rookie.
We never played as Johnson, but I'll give you that one. His death was handled pretty well considering the rest of the game.
If you didn't think J. Keyes' death wasn't that bad, you clearly never read Fall of Reach. I didn't really care on my first playthough, but coming back after reading that book, the loss of the Captain was devestating.

If Barack Obama can win the prize for peace by making empty promises, why not Berners-Lee? Spoiler The answer, unfortunately, is that there really is no prize to be given in this field.
I personally support Berners-Lee recieving the Nobel Prize for Peace, but there is no prize for engineering, which is an unfortunate circumstance that has led to many great pioneers of modern society not being able to recieve this highest recognition.
I would love to hear opinions on whether or not Berners-Lee is a deserving candidate.

Pretty much on the same level. The second might be passable though.
He's supposed to shed layers though, that was the point of Frieza's transformations. They were forms that repressed his powers. I like the idea of his natural form being so unadorned and ergonomic.
Cooler had one more form than Frieza and it was essentially an armored version of the final form so it looks like it fits.
I'd rather have something else though or just no new transformation altogether.
Cooler ran in the face of canon. Whoever wrote it didn't understand/didn't find it profitable to understand the transformation process of Frieza's people.
Toriyama designed Cooler.
Then he didn't find it profitable. Toriyama got told what to do a lot over the course of the original DBZ tenure. Piccolo was originally going to be Majiin, ect ect.
Brah, it's more like Toriyama doesn't give a shit. He stopped giving a shit about canon after the saiyan saga. That's why the plot is riddled with holes and inconsistencies.
Arguably he stopped caring after Goku finished training with King Kai, because even the end of the Saiyan Saga kinda felt like bullshit.

Before we introduce any themed boards, like an Anime board, or a gallery board, we need to consider something important. The Flood is shitpost central, and it's no secret that a lot of users are turned off by that. Dank maymays and Autism® and Lᴇ Eʙɪɴ Rᴜsᴇᴍ™ threads are running rampant across the Flood and drowning out all serious discussion. The Serious board however is meant for political threads, and current events. The Flood needs to become a haven for casual discussion on intersting topics, I therefore propose a radical solution.
