I always found these tests rather pointless. They focus too much on the doing / behaving than on the feeling / wanting. By a lack of a better word, I generally tend to manipulate people and the situation. I deliberately choose the "right" course of action and behave accordingly, regardless of what I might feel. I am a quite the introvert and much prefer peace, quiet and a safe / stable / secluded environment, but I often have no issues with having to be the center of attention or being quite vocal when it suits me.

According to the test, I am ESFJ. Apparently, this means I am the "cheerleader and quarterback of the school, setting the tone and taking the spotlight", while I mostly kept to myself throughout high school. I supposedly love organizing social gatherings, despite not having done so in ages. It says I am a social creature thriving on staying up to date with what my friends are doing, despite only having a handful good friends and never even really using Facebook. I also think it's funny that "discussing theories or debating European politics isn't something that interests me", when this is literally one of the things I'm currently working on. I also should like fashion and my appearance, despite wearing nothing but plain (t-) shirts and jeans, and not having shaved in like a month. The one thing it did get right is that I'm pretty averse of conflict and prefer plans and organized events over spontaneous randomness.

tl;dr, survey is flawed because it primarily accounts for what you (can) do, not for what you actually feel and want. I'm a quiet and reserved introvert, but because I am quite good at playing the role that suits me best, it completely misreads me. Maybe I'll retake it tomorrow and just answer differently based on what I feel, not how I can act.

It's not uncommon to deny the reults of a personality examination, or a pscholgical evaluation.
