Morrowind wishes to open up a trade route with the Akaviri for Kwama eggs for military weapons/strategy.
Kwama eggs can be used in the field to eliminate soldiers' fatigue and restore their stamina.
Akavir notes that there is little in the field of medical science within our Empire, and agrees to trade strategies for taking down airborn, larger, and magical enemies, as well as a wide array of swords, pole arms, and armours. The fabrication of these materials will likely slow shipbuilding another year.

Skyrim begins building 20 ships to carry warriors and settlers, they will be heading across the Sea of Ghosts. The High King is prepared to retake the Nord homeland of Atmora. Finished by page 5.
Emperor Cyrodiil offers to lend Akaviri shipwrights to teach eastern shipbuilding techniques to the Nords. This is projected to delay Akavir's fleet construction by one year, but triple building speed for the High King's fleet.

The call to arms has reached over 500 men in 6 months, making 1,000 more recruits to the Imperial Legion by the end of the year.
The 500 men succussfully make it to Black Marsh, the locals more cautious than welcoming. The Men ask to see whoever is in charge to discuss the future of the Black Marsh and The Empire.
Tiber sends a small group of men, led by Tiber's loyal advisor, to High Rock to discuss future relations between the Dragonborn leaders. Hoping to keep peace between them.
A recieving party is already witing at the border of Falkreath Hold and The Reach to escort the advisor to Markarth. They are a detachment of the Convoy awaiting passage through Cyrodiil. Commander Yamazaki, the Imperial Governor of The Reach, offers the Septim Empire a military alliance. As part of the deal, Akavir will forge (grorious) Nippon Steel for Septim's men, as long as in Akavir is allowed to access the Elder Scroll Library in the White-Gold Tower.

Moderators on this site are chosen basically by popularity contest, but now that we have an established staff, they will likely be chosen by Cheat or LC or a council of the four admins, when our community has grown enough.
Basically you'll have to suck a lot of dick and be a notably upstanding member of the community who reads almost every topic and reports every offense to he rules.
Most of the former staff were selected just because Cheat thought they would be okay, which is how we got mods like Ryle, Slash, and Kiyo, so who basically: you don't.

Emperor Cyrodiil orders military reinforcements from the continent of Akivir, it ships should arrive by page four, 8,000 soldiers should be recruited by halfway through page six, and the should be in Tamriel by page seven.

The Summerset Isles announces the creation and reign of the Aldmeri Dominion. 1,000 justicars are sent via ships to take Elsweyr.
The justicars arrive in Elsweyr's capitol Corinthe and give the Mane an ultimatum: hand over total country of the province to the Dominion or have it taken by force. The Khajiit leader refuses and is killed on the spot. The justicars begin forcibly annexing the rest of the province. Expected to be complete by page 5.
The Summerset Isles offers a non-aggression treaty to the Akiviri Empire.
Emperor Cyrodiil agrees to remain neutral in Aldmeri conflicts. No military shall be raised against the Dominion, but the Akiviri Empire reserves the right to take economic action.

Akivir announces the minting of the Cyro, (see-ruh) an elaborate coin minted on steel of an undisclosed and highly secret forging.
The Imperial Reserve is created, where Cyros may be exchanged for gold, each coin is worth one gold coin of the same size.
The use of gold as currency is banned in Akivir.
Wanted criminals may not use the Imperial Reserve service, making it impossible for plunder in Akivir to have value in other parts of Tamriel.
This will keep our criminals out of your lands.

#classposting Akiviri shipwrights say that a fleet of 2,500 ships should be done within three years, given that no resources be routed away in that time. How many years is each page?

A navy is to be raised.
Akiviri advisors open Markarth to joint rule by imperial magistrate and a Jarl of the high king's choosing, in the interest of easing supposed tensions between our lands.
As a point of this proposal, the reach will be considered a hold of Skyrim as well as an Akiviri land.
This gives Nords half governance of the land and allows them to come and go freely.
In return, the Akiviri would have the nords aid in the eradication of the native people, who are uncivlised and uncultured.

Okay.... Then I need you to take an empty province, a color, and a Ruler if there is any.
Reman Cyrodiil is the ruler, and most Akiviri activity were based around the northeast of Tamriel, over to the center. So not a province, more appropriate would be a sub provincial region. Obviously the Capital City is not an option, therefore the only other Akiviri strong point I know of is in the Reach, at SkyHaven Temple. I don't actually think it'd be worth that much in this economy.
It's but that its a particularly valuable pepe, its just a very rare I've, that causes people to question just how rare other pepes are. Devaluation will follow suit, no matter the rarity or value of your pepe. I have literally watched a pepe I have sink from 20,000 ryletokens to 13,000 since OP has posted this, and his is only worth 50.

I studied at Memeford University, and when on to graduate studies at MemeIT, and I can confirm the rarity of this pepe.
Once an incredibly common pepe, they were systematically hunted and destroyed by Memedolf Hitler, who was just looking out the the good of mankind, and trying to stabilize the market.
Now please take it down, it's so rare that all of my pepes are devaluing as we speak.
