Akiviri advisors open Markarth to joint rule by imperial magistrate and a Jarl of the high king's choosing, in the interest of easing supposed tensions between our lands.
As a point of this proposal, the reach will be considered a hold of Skyrim as well as an Akiviri land.
This gives Nords half governance of the land and allows them to come and go freely.
In return, the Akiviri would have the nords aid in the eradication of the native people, who are uncivlised and uncultured.

Okay.... Then I need you to take an empty province, a color, and a Ruler if there is any.
Reman Cyrodiil is the ruler, and most Akiviri activity were based around the northeast of Tamriel, over to the center. So not a province, more appropriate would be a sub provincial region. Obviously the Capital City is not an option, therefore the only other Akiviri strong point I know of is in the Reach, at SkyHaven Temple. I don't actually think it'd be worth that much in this economy.
It's but that its a particularly valuable pepe, its just a very rare I've, that causes people to question just how rare other pepes are. Devaluation will follow suit, no matter the rarity or value of your pepe. I have literally watched a pepe I have sink from 20,000 ryletokens to 13,000 since OP has posted this, and his is only worth 50.

I studied at Memeford University, and when on to graduate studies at MemeIT, and I can confirm the rarity of this pepe.
Once an incredibly common pepe, they were systematically hunted and destroyed by Memedolf Hitler, who was just looking out the the good of mankind, and trying to stabilize the market.
Now please take it down, it's so rare that all of my pepes are devaluing as we speak.

I can't believe they even still make fireball, that shit is nasty. It doesn't mix well, and it's awful straight. OT: I drank a lot of places. Football games, public parks, in my house, waking down the street, on the local golf course, at someone else's house... There is a story about it, that I would like to tell you.
One day, Alex Seropian was working on a college project that he called Operation Desert Storm. It was a neat little video game that he hoped to sell, but he was unsure of his he should do it.

We'll just call him, Activision.
"Hey!", cried Seropian.
