I've always lived a physically demanding lifestyle, with a job that requires a lot of heavy lifting, and a daily routine that has me walk 10 or more miles a day.
Well, now I have a cushy desk job, and I don't walk everywhere anymore because its just too far, so to stay in shape I'm probably going to start hitting the gym.
What would best emulate my old routine? I'll need to do a lot of cardio and lifting, so which machines should I use?

At least one man attacked a gas factory Friday in southeastern France, posting a severed head at the factory's entrance along with banners covered with Arabic writing, officials said. France immediately opened a terrorism investigation.
President Francois Hollande, speaking in Brussels, said one person was killed and two injured in the attack, which began shortly before 10 a.m. when a car crashed the gate of a gas factory in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, southeast of Lyon. The car then plowed into gas canisters, touching off an explosion, he said.
"No doubt about the intention — to cause an explosion," Hollande said, calling the attack "of a terrorist nature."

Ah, well not anymore. In fact, I'm the only person I know that uses the VoG armour, because now that you can ascend gear people use whatever they want. But for a very very long time everybody looked exactly the same.

There's no value to anything in Destiny because there's zero variety.
And on top of that you have to pay ridiculous amounts of money to play the game.
I keep telling myself that everything will get better, that they'll turn themselves around but I'm losing confidence.
I used to say Destiny 2 would likely be a decent game, but I just can't imagine that it will.

The ships arrive in Akavir to find that the Taescii Empire has taken over much of the land, and native Akaviri were already preparing to flee.
Some 20,000 refugees, 7,000 of them strong men capable of becoming soldiers, 3,000 of them male children capable of becoming soldiers after five more years.
The ships return immediately, and are projected home by page five.
Over the next year, dwellings will need to be built for these 20,000.
Akavir asks help for their construction from the nords, who are experts at building quick and cheap housing.

The Dominion sends an emissary to Valenwood with 100 justicars, offering peace in exchange for free reign over Falinesti and all other graht-oaks. Awaiting response.
Since no GM told me the outcome, and it's a reasonable course of events, I'm just going with it.
The treaty is reluctantly accepted. The emissary and 200 additional justicars are sent to Falinesti. Expected to arrive by page 5.

Because Nirn has a such a reactive environment, every now and then natural responses will change the course of the game. These will usually be based off of player actions, but sometimes they are random.
Things such as natural disasters, divine intervention, daedric schemes, and other reactiv events are denoted in gold.
The following, for example, is based off of the thinning barrier between Nirn and oblivion due to the destruction of the Crystal Tower.
Cults of Deadra worshippers have started cropping up through Elsweyr.
Some Justicars report hearing foul whispers in their sleep.
I hope you understand that the towers are the barriers between Mundus and Aetherius, not Nirn and Oblivion. I'll role with it, though.
100 additional justicars are rerouted to Elsweyr in an attempt to combat the Daedric worshippers. Anyone possessing a Daedric artifact or text is subject to the same punishment as a Talos worshipper.
We could have a lorefag argument, but I believe that Oblivion and Aetherius are really the same, and this is supported by the plot of TES:IV when Molag Bal used the deactivation of the White-Gold tower as an opportunity to enter Mundus. And for all intents and purposes, Mundus=Nirn.
Other players are also encouraged to make Gold posts in response to certain events, whenever they think a lore appropriate response might happen.Akavir begins the training of 100 Shadow Blades, capable of using advanced magical combat techniques. Training estimated complete by page 5.

This is the difference between pouring lighter fluid in a plank and expecting the plank to be reduced to ash, and cutting through the plank with a butane torch.
If you just splash the beams with burning jet fuel, won't melt.
In an open burn? no. The insides of a tower like that can create a condition somewhat similar to a furnace though, and the fuel can in theory produce more than enough heat to begin liquifying industrial steels.
