Akavir announces the expansion of the Shadow Blades force.

Each Shadow Blade will be put in charge of a team of nine young men, who have not yet seen battle.
Over the course of the next year, they will disperse throughout Akaviri territory and train these squads in the techniques and skills of a Shadow Blade.

Ship crews are assembled.
Akaviri artisans are the only industry in High Rock or Hammerfell now.

Ships are estimated to be complete by the same time the crews are trained for seafaring.

3,100 more Redguard Civilians extracted from East Hammerfell.
All refugees have homes, mainly in Hammerfell, some in High Rock.

Redguards and Bretons now live along the West coast of High Rock.

As a result of the ongoing national security problem in Black Marsh, Akavir has determined that the Southern Imperial Reserve will be abandoned.

The treasures are left on the collection carts and brought back to the Imperial Reserve in High Rock.

To prevent the devaluation of the Cyro, and protect the economic wellbeing of the Cyrod Commonwealth,  this action has been made immediately.

1/3 of the treasure of Black Marsh is deposited in secret in the Admantine Tower, and soldiers are extracted from that site permanently.

The Dominion sends 1000 soldiers in 5 different ships eastward.
The soldiers arrive in eastern Topal Bay. They hold their position there until further notice.
The ships move toward Soulrest and dock in the Argonian branch of the Imperial Reserve. The 1,000 justiciars exit the ships and move toward the secure vault of the Reserve, killing anyone who attempts to oppose them. Anyone surrendering or not attacking the justiciars are ignored for now.
Akaviri troops take no action in accordance with our non-aggression pact.

Though your men are unaware of the fact that the treasures were not yet transferred to the vaults.

The rest return home.

2,000 more men routed to hammerfell to aide in the rounding up of the Redgaurd people.
3,500 men stationed there now.

About 6,000 have been captured, nearly 13,000 are dead.
Hammerfell's northern cities are now under complete military control.
Akavir extends its reach to the west with the same parameters for war: surrender or die.

I can't sleep so i'll make one post and try again.

The Blades/Imperial Legion make it to Blackreach, with the Scholars and Elder Scrolls with them. The "Imperial Legion" starts clearing the path to the destination. Any interference would be dealt with quickly by the highly trained soldiers.

Blades spies would have started to infiltrate Morrowind, Skyrim, Elsweyr and High Rock, working their way up the ranks in military, aristocracy and even civilian life, posing as Immigrants.
While the chance of being compromised is low, if they are found out they are told to act as spies for the apposing side of said province.

More Imperial Legion soldiers are recruited, almost 1,200 due to the Argonians in Black Marsh's help.
That doesn't really work, considering that my Empire is racially intolerant unless you're dragonborn.
Akaviri are the only ones allowed to even be soldiers, let alone aristocrats.

Skyrim calls onto the Akaviri and proposes its aid in taking down Hammerfell, for it is a lofty task attacking it alone.
Very good, in return you can have eastern hammerfell from Dragonstar to Rihad.

500 soldiers arrive at the southern border of Hammerfell and enter.
The soldiers at the northern border enter the country.

Motive is clear, Hammerfell must fall.
Soldiers have orders to kill all who stand against them, including women, children, and the elderly.
We can't really do this if Mordo isn't here...

The Aldmeri Dominion sends 6,000 justicars north from Firsthold in 20 different ships.
Mordo isn't coming back.
He hasn't actually joined until he makes his first post after the game starts, and we gave him three pages to get involved.

Seeing the bleak situation of the Akavirian refugees escaping from the Akavir Continent. The High King sends 1,000 workers towards High Rock to aid in the construction of houses for the refugees, and apologizes for his lateness.
Many Thanks

Akavir begins training its newly acquired men.
The 5,000 green men should be prepared within two years.
The 3,000 who have combat experience wil be ready by the end of this one.

The refugee situation is still bleak.

The 20,000 refugees from the continent of Akavir have arrived in High Rock.
Bretons begin construction of homes for 12,000 in Wayrest, Evermore and Daggerfall.
When those homes have been constructed they will begin construction of seafarer's quarters in Camlorn and Shornhelm.

Barracks had been prepared for 8,000 soldiers, the number we had expected, the refugees are kept in camps for now.

Update: with no more industrial distractions, shipbuilding is going much more smoothly.
700 constructed so far.

I want to be clear that construction speeds are so high because these are relatively small, non fortified craft, meant for transportation, not for naval warfare.
