 This is me. Literally me. No other character can come close to relating to me like this. There is no way you can convince me this is not me. This character could not possibly be anymore me. It’s me, and nobody can convince me otherwise. If anyone approached me on the topic of this not possibly being me, then I immediately shut them down with overwhelming evidence that this character is me. This character is me, it is indisputable. Why anyone would try to argue that this character is not me is beyond me. If you held two pictures of me and this character side by side, you’d see no difference. I can safely look at this character every day and say “Yup, that’s me”. I can practically see this character every time I look at myself in the mirror. I go outside and people stop me to comment how similar I look and act to this character. I chuckle softly as I’m assured everyday this character is me in every way. I can smile each time I get out of bed every morning knowing that I’ve found my identity with this character and I know my place in this world. It’s really quite funny how similar this character is to me, it’s almost like we’re identical twins. When I first saw this character, I had an existential crisis. What if this character was the real me and I was the fictional being. What if this character actual became aware of my existence? Did this character have the ability to become self aware itself?

17 vs Goku was a interestingly animated fight to be honest. I think it's a bit bullshit that all these characters seem to be god-tier all of a sudden, but I guess it can't be helped.
none of the others have been buffed to god level, just 17
and I really don't have a problem with it. Frieza's gains getting him to god level in 4 months is far crazier than 17 doing it in over a decade of training
buu and gohan both got a ridiculous power increase.
and frieza was a prodigy so it at least makes some sense. 17 doesn't, he's an android who's power shouldn't increase with training.
17 and 18 can get more powerful by training though, they're not 'Androids' like 8, 19 or 20, they're Cyborgs.
im sure their technique could improve as well as senses but i dont buy that they can train and actually increase their strength to that degree. im sure they could get marginally stronger but putting them on a universal level is retarded.
Well, that's what the creator of the series said. And I'm sure Goku wasn't going all out anyway, there's just no point to going SSJ2/3 when he can control his Ki just fine with SSB.

TFA is the best Star Wars movie and this has only become more clear as the years go by.
The Last Jedi WILL be different from Empire--the purpose of TFA's echoing of ANH was to carefully dip our toes back into the Star Wars universe, taking care not to piss off any fanboys and introducing a new generation to the general concepts and themes that a classic Star Wars movie would offer. Which inadvertently pissed off fanboys in the end anyway, but it was still a very smart and respectable move, considering the sheer amount of >neurodevelopmental we're dealing with here.
Given that Abrams was replaced with an absolute nobody, I can't say that he'll just pull an amazing movie out of his ass. But I've been surprised before, and this teaser contained a lot of cool and interesting shots--so maybe it'll be great. I have no predictions on that front.
The fact that TFA just inexplicably gets so much hate now breaks me brain.
The new director isn't exactly a nobody, he did Looper, and from what ive heard it's a good movie.
Even if it's similar to ANH, it's still an enjoyable film (and I prefer Kylo to ANH Vader). Not my favourite piece of Star Wars content, but I enjoy it a ton.

Does anyone have any favorite composers? Kondo and Tallarico are probably my top two (because I'm basic like that), but Kanako Kakino's work on the Klonoa series has made her a lowkey favorite as well.
