D'you think w'll be able to fight against Gen 6 players with our Gen 7 team? Or does technology not allow that? I mean Im assuming it's using the same engine and graphics so I don't see why not
i think technology wise its def possible, they would have to have a patch for the old games though for new pokemon and moves and shit
they wont do it though
It wouldn't surprise me if they introduced "Hoenn rules" where you can only use things that were available in games up to ORAS, kinda like how they had "Kalos rules" in ORAS because they didn't patch the new megas into X/Y (but this is also more drastic so I'm not sure)

Yeah, but it comes with all the DLC and everything and it's performance on the New 3DS is pretty much identical to the Wii U version, it also has some extra story missions.

So, apparently, there's a way to control what your Eevee evolves into. Remember that episode of the anime where all the Eeveelutions made their debut? They were all trained by three respective trainers. The Flareon was named Pyro, the Vaporeon was named Rainer, and the Jolteon was named Sparky.
If you name your Eevee any one of those nicknames, it will purportedly evolve into the corresponding Eeveelution.
I'd actually hate to be forced to use such bad nicknames, but w/e I'll try it out when I get more Eevee Candies because I don't want a Flareon

Blue's champion theme has always been my favorite.
It's just a crazy clusterfuck of a song that puts you on edge, and sounds like the regular trainer battle theme on amphetamines.
Speaking of which, I just did the FR/LG Champion rematch for the first time and I think it may be one of my favourite post game battles. Going into it blind without knowing the team was refreshing, and I got to do something I've had looming over me for years (since i never bothered grinding in FR/LG). The music really added to how great the fight was.
