I despised my form tutor in Year 12 because he never learnt my name

I didn't really have too many bad teachers though, but my sociology teachers kept on leaving, then we'd get a new one and then the new one would leave eventually. The head of faculty decided to teach us at some point, but that meant we had to stay after school because it conflicted with all her other work.

So I've been powering through Pokemon X so I can play Omega Ruby

and uhh, the little flashback story of that small pokemon and that guy was... surprisingly sad. And the cutscene was a pleasant surprise.

I swear though, I don't know who is worse. Team Plasma or Flare. They're both so painfully bland, but I think Flares music is worse.
Honestly, no team has been spectacular, but Team Flare was definitely a new low for me. Without spoiling, there's a good reason they're widely considered to be the worst overall.

As dumb as they can get, you can usually point to at least one or two things that are pretty cool about each team. Team Magma/Aqua had the most harebrained motivations in the series, but their over-the-top dialogue and general stupidity made them funny as hell. Team Galactic had those dopey-looking designs, but Cyrus was awesome, and is probably the most sympathetic villain in the series (to me, anyway). Team Plasma's motives were interesting, if hypocritical--because the ethics of Pokémon battling had never been tackled as a subject matter before.

Team Flare... I can honestly say there wasn't a thing about them that I found remotely redeeming, let alone interesting.
The only thing I like about them remotely is their leader, and even then he doesn't compare to someone like Cyrus. Well, sort of.

Though idk why he decided to kill himself in the end. Now it's off to the Elite 4 with me.
The thing is though, in Pokemon X it's likely that he didn't kill himself

Pokemon X: That's right! I shall grant you eternal life! I'll give you the pain of endlessly waiting for a beautiful world to finally be built
Pokemon Y: The ultimate weapon is a flower that bloomed to no avail... Just like me... But this ends here! I will show what its remaining power can do!

He probably gave himself immortality, like AZ which really doesn't make sense to me because I thought his plan was to kill Humans off to create his beautiful world - firing the weapon would have probably made everyone immortal, thus ruining his plan.

He could have been such a good villain if he got much better development

I can't give you a good opinion I have of Reach because 99% of my matchmade games were in the Invasion playlist.

4 was okay but I didn't like how downsized it felt. Also buying new maps only to have them completely taken out of the rotation in all playlists left a sour taste in my mouth, I didn't get to play any of the last map pack maps until I played them on MCC.

I know some players from the Halo 3 days who think the Multiplayer is ass, and others who love it/think it's even better so I don't really know whether you'll like it or not tbh.
And don't forget that 343i fucked up the first map pack in Halo 4 for dumbasses like myself who bought the Limited Edition They let people download that map pack and play on it for like a month for free.
Nah remember it was a try and buy period  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Spoiler
literally as soon as it happened, that was when I knew I wouldn't buy any more limited editions from 343

The Campaign is still fun despite how bad the actual story is, imo. Multiplayer can be give or take, I'd rather be playing H2A though.

The outfit thing I can understand since it's a remake, but I honestly like HG/SS. What was your issue with it?
- Having your Pokémon constantly follow you around gets very annoying after awhile

Dude, this is so fucking annoying, you accidentally walk over a hidden item? Well too bad now your Pokemon is standing on top of it. Oh and when you're stopped somehow when you try to turn around is the worst (which is particularly bad in Yellow).

Quote
so they probably couldn't have made a remake that I would be happy with in the end.
I feel the same way with ORAS tbh, if I ever pick up a copy of AS (because I'm not resetting my OR), I'll do a review

A Xenoverse moment I wish flowed a little better

I like that I got into a melee clash with 17 while trying to attack 18, if it had flowed in a little more naturally, it would have been even better

Haven looks great fam

We already knew the PC version would not include campaign. Why are you people this desperate?
It's a

meme

Besides, even if I was being serious, would the fact that the PC version doesn't have campaign invalidate my point? It'd just mean the PC version is better. But either way, since I'm not being serious and enjoy the Campaign from a gameplay standpoint, there's no problem really.

Null is an interesting idea though, not sure on the name. I wonder how Zygarde is actually going to play into the story.
I don't know why, but if Aether is bad, I'm expecting Lillie to be a part of it and she'll have a Zygarde core as she had something in her bag. You'll probably get a Zygarde core too (so you can use it in your journey and justify the existence of the dog form), eventually Lillie will get access to your Zygarde cells, and then cue

So I went out to Watford today (which is over an hour away) to pick up the shiny Yveltal event but they were out of codes, but customer support was nice enough to give me one

I would have got multiples if I could to share, but I just couldn't

Also it's cool that Sina and Dexio are back, and do they have mega rings?
