I didn't know the Lycanroc's weren't version exclusive. I might have to use the day form when I play Moon.
They are version exclusive. Rockruff won't evolve into Lycanroc-Sun during the daytime in Pokemon Moon. It will only evolve into Lycanroc-Night at nighttime.
You can find the other Lycanroc in the wild at least, I caught a Lycanroc-Night in Pokemon Sun

A Greninja without Protean is about as useful as a Serperior without Contrary.
In game it should be fine though, which I'll have to see for myself because I just put it on the team

Are people just thirsty for female Salandits? I put mine on the GTS and got the Litten I asked for in minutes

It took a minute to find another female too, I'm about to ask for a Popplio

edit: i can't believe that worked both times

I kinda want Towa and Mira to become canon, but they work pretty good as game villains

TOMORROW
I thought most EU retailers broke street date already. I've been seeing plenty of Frenchies, Germans, and Italians online.
I ordered from Amazon since I got a gift card for them when I got my student account, so it could arrive tomorrow

gogeta being canonized was nice too.
This didn't happen though

gt is/was canon
As far as I'm concerned, no Toriyama involvement beyond some character illustrations makes it non canon from the start.

While DB and Z have the manga, Super has Toriyama's outlines and character art (and Toyotaro as his chosen successor). I'm pretty sure Dragon Ball Online even had more Toriyama input than GT.

I mean, it wasn't an awful first game, even though I disagree with a lot of design decisions.

Here's a pretty neat video either way

Sounds good, I'll probably pick it up fairly soon then.

How is the difficulty though?
XY/ORAS was mindnumbingly easy, I get why they wanted to make it less grindy but I don't think I ever got to a gym and went 'well fuck' during the battle. Maybe it's to do with knowing the games better than when I was younger but I think there was a lot of design choice that made it a piece of cake.
I wouldn't say mind-numbingly easy this go-around, but at this point, I've conditioned myself to make the games more challenging in my own ways. That said, I honestly had a couple "well shit" moments against some of the Totem Pokémon.

Just turn off the Exp. Share, avoid using Z-moves, and try using Pokémon you've never trained before. It also may not hurt to impose some kind of item restriction, but that's approaching nuzlocke territory.
Yeah I'm not gonna use Exp share, Z moves sound kinda cool though.
I did that with Oras actually, I picked out a team of pokemon that I hadn't really used before (barring Aggron who is a must for every playthrough ever) but it was still a bit easy.

You wouldn't happen to know of a randomiser for S/M would you?
The trouble with full dex ones is they pick stupid shit like legendaries from the wrong game, but something that gives you a list of 6 obtainables in SM would be great for mixing things up.
I played with Z-moves and EXP share on and some of the totems were still pretty rough. I believe Exp share was nerfed this gen so some grinding is still required to get an evenly leveled team even when using it. I've noticed the game can be very easy if you use the Pokemon you get from various trades in Pokemon Centers. You can get an early Machop right before you do the Normal trial, and that thing will stay relevant throughout the game even if you don't decide to fully evolve because it gains exp ridiculously fast due to being a trade mon. Avoid those and you should be fine.
They reverted to the Gen 5 exp system, so there's that

No single-player / campaign
I honestly couldn't imagine buying the first Titanfall at full price, I happily got it and it's DLC for £10 and it was an absolute blast

And with 2, I've put far more time into campaign than multiplayer

That's because you're never online anymore.
Assignments and a shit sleep schedule do that to you

Oh yeah, and I before the E4 I ended up boxing Zygarde for Lunala, because the game pretty much guilt trips you into keeping it in your party.
I won't be using Solgaleo

"Oh Reshiram has chosen you to be it's trainer, to fight N"

Fuck that fam, I'm using the team I've trained throughout the game

>Zygarde 10%
How early/late do you even get it?
Depends on how good you are at finding cells, but you unlock the ability to assemble it about halfway through the third island. The best part is you can repeatedly assemble and disassemble Zygarde until you get your preferred nature, so no soft resets involved.
So it's somewhat of a late game mon? I can dig it.

I don't see my team changing much at this point, but I'll have to see what happens on Wednesday.
