The Flood / My ass is literally hurt« on: August 28, 2014, 10:08:07 PM »
>second day of college
>taking shitty city bus to class >don't know where to get off >get scared I already passed my stop >get off just in case >check google maps >4 miles away >30 minutes till class starts >oh shit >start running >people watching but I can't care about it >cars start honking at me >fuck you stop making fun of me >realize they weren't mocking me they were trying to get me to realize my back pack was open and stuff was falling out >look back, see nothing on the ground, close up back pack and hope nothing fell out >only about half way there, run faster >my mouth is so dry at this point because of the scorching sun that I start to hallucinate >at some point I forget why I was running and where I was trying to go >I'm tripping like I'm on acid >see college building in the distance >so tried and worn out but I have to go on >only about five minutes til class starts >eventually make my way in to class >walk into class, the professor has already started his lecture >everyone is staring at me >realize that I'm dripping in sweat >my backpack straps have left an indent of sweat on my shirt >continue to drip sweat for the majority of class >if my philosophy wasn't arguing with the religitards about why they're wrong I would have hated that day My ass still hurts from that day (that was on Tuesday, it's now Thursday). I don't even know how my buttcheaks are burnt out just by running but clearly I must heavily utilize my gluteus maximus while running because my muscles only ever get this sore for this long when I do a strenuous exercise for the first time. 723

The Flood / This is actually how it works in the academic world« on: August 25, 2014, 11:37:11 PM »
Look, it seems like you guys have been in a constant battle against "evil feminazis" and JayTheNerdKid recently. Even though I thought it was obvious, and even though I know you're already aware of the concept, you guys still continue to have this blanket reasoning where you find the most radical opinion on feminism on the internet and use it to spew uneducated garbage about how SJWs are trolls and retards even though seemingly everything you know about the topic comes from 4chan trolling. Some of you are just retarded like Door, and others I'm not really sure where you stand, but I believe there are a few of you out there that have simply been blown in the wrong direction due to the sour culture of the forum (no offense Cheat).
Honestly, I don't think anyone who uses term 'feminazi' actually even understands what social justice is. You guys should really stop babbling on about how 'all people are given equal treatment' or how 'straight white men are oppressed' because you are unaware that you are only acting out in self defense of your own social demographic and you're clearly not trying to better the world in any way, shape, or form. It's also annoying how you're under the impression that the entirety of Tumblr is somehow taken over by feminists even though Tumblr is just another social blogger site that millions of people use for plenty of different reasons. Or worse, it's annoying how you guys seem to think that Tumblr encompasses the entire social justice movement even though it's been going on since the beginning of civilization (you may have heard of Ghandi, MLK, George Takei, and plenty of other historical figures). So ITT, I'd like you to please tell what you think social justice is. Extra points goes to anyone who can elaborate on why they're wrong and how they're going to stop acting like whiny, uneducated Middle Schoolers who think society treats all people equal. 725

The Flood / Why do we allow pedophiles on the forum?« on: August 23, 2014, 03:58:21 PM »
All they literally do is spam up the place with shitty anime pictures of little girls. And yes I get the "loli" is legal but it's fucking fowl and inhumane. I'm tired of seeing this shit spamming up literally every thread here because we're supposed to have sympathy for old men pretending to be little children on a videogame forum meant for young adults and teenagers.
And yeah, I know they're about to drop my reputation. But I'm literally that tired of seeing this shit everyday. I want to have kids when I'm older and I'd like to know that it's still socially unacceptable for people to fantasize about having sex with young children. 730

The Flood / I just made (and ate) the best sandwich I've ever made in my entire life« on: August 22, 2014, 02:47:18 PM »
The vegetarian half of me would be so upset but I couldn't resist. Now you see, I'm a horrible cook. I don't understand a lot of basic things and cooking is probably the worst. But I never thought I could make a sandwich that good. I'm not even exaggerating when I say this, but that sandwich was resteraunt worthy. It was odd because I've been making sandwiches for myself the whole Summer (because mom can't me food during the day because she's at work so I have to rely on myself #firstworldproblems) but none were as good as this one. But that's probably because I added one secret ingredient this time: bacon. There was hardly a variety of meat in the fridge, just some sliced chicken from the deli, so bacon was really the only other option I had. Mixed with some bland American cheese, white bread, lettuce, mustard and mayonnaise, and the chicken of course, the bacon literally completed the sandwich. It brought me to heaven the first bite and it's not a taste I'm ever going to forget. My god it was delicious. Scientifically speaking, it's impossible for taste buds to affect one's brain that much. In other words, I think I may have to renounce my atheism over that sandwich. It had just the right golden brown color to it that I've never had in a sandwich I made before too. It was total bliss. I'm marking this day on my calendar so I can remember this day forever.
So yeah, have you guys ever made food that tasted unbelievably amazing? 734

The Flood / Why do people get upset over this...« on: August 20, 2014, 02:24:30 PM »YouTube But not over lifestyles where everyone eats McDonalds four times a week and watches six hours of TV a day? Just read through the comments of that video, people are concerned over their health for being too active but act like the 75% of the country that are overweight are completely fine and normal. Seriously, this is just further proof that Americans are too dumb to be voting in elections. 740

Harlow said I was socially inept and the others said they never liked me anyway.
I just checked up on the group because I haven't even looked through it in over half a year. It was shitty anyway, all their discussion was bland and if you disagreed with them you were threatened with a ban (Jay got in my face once because I was a vegetarian at the time, I will never forget that). I'm surprised they still get activity, but it's miniscule at best. So many members were kept in line only by fear of saying the wrong opinion and getting banned. When I left, I just left. I didn't leave with a final thread saying the group sucks, but they still seem to butthurt anyway. Harlow was always one of those people who thought they were supremely intelligent and could run the world better than anyone else, despite being young and naive. And I fucking hate those kinds of people; when they truly believe that they're the smartest person on the planet. Glad I left that shithole. 741
Serious / What religion are you going to teach to your kids?« on: August 20, 2014, 10:56:30 AM »
I was going to put this in serious because it's more of a personal thing I don't think it really fits.
I'm pretty easy going and if they go to church I'd be okay with that. I'd probably just tell them on the side that there are many other religions to choose from and that only one is technically correct. The one thing I wouldn't be okay with is creationism. That would not be taught to them until they're old enough to understand that it's just a make-believe story and none of it actually happened. Aside from that, they could believe in whatever they want, just so long as it doesn't deny science. That's important to me because people who deny science generally do not understand it, and I don't my kids' education to be in jeopardy because they don't know how science works. Anyway, what religion would you teach your kids. 743
