Idk what type of art style would be good. Definitely something simplistic though.

Almost all inspirations for this game have simplistic art styles. Definitely would work.

If the game is using GPS and speedometer being on the treadmill wouldn't do anything

I gotta play that. I was pretty much on a Wind Waker binge...watch binge on Youtube...over the week so I got some ideas from it. Plus looking at Majora's Mask and Ocarina really helped.

Finally, a group of kings and lords came together. Forming a new alliance to defend and defeat the monsters of the magical realm. Working together to close the rupture once and for all.
They succeeded, closing the monster's gate and creating a new government around the unity of the world. Even while they all saw the horrors of this realm, the power they saw from the rupture was still a tempting gain. No normal man could enter this realm though, but this new unified realm sought to find a way to reap the spoils of the magical world they glimpsed into.

One day they found their answer, in a young boy and girl. "

The game I am thinking of will only be known as Project Oracle for the time being, but that little tidbit up there is a small bite of the story I will be trying to create with this game.

It will be a linear, story focused game where you play a character who can enter a world where the greatest powers mankind has ever known rests. With the goal of gaining all the knowledge of the realm possible and returning to help bring mankind to further glory. It will have basic combat, puzzle solving and boss battles inspired from games like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and The Legend of Zelda. With a goal of telling the story of a young man venturing forth into the unknown.

Again, like I said. For a while this will be a side project that will help me learn a lot about game development and design. While still being simplistic enough for a small game designer to develop. How far I will go with this game I am unsure but we will see.

So, what do you all think? Would you play a game like this?

Oh and I finished Liara's questline, I fucked up and ended up not convincing her to change her mind on the killing of the Shadow Broker....damnit. Liara definitely changed from how she was in ME1...makes me sad.
Cleaned up the rest of the questlines too. All I got is Samara and Thane left.

Now, let's say that in the future we found an alien race or had an alien race make contact with us. Now, what would you say they would look like and be like?

Now, I want you to put some things into account when making an idea.

1: What would the biology of the aliens be like? Would it be similar to humanity, drastically different or somewhere in between?

2: How diverse would this race of aliens be? Since we know in most representations of intelligent alien species they usually can be categorized into different types,(I:E The Sangheli of Halo having an honor bound militaristic society or the intellectual but not so socialable Salarians of Mass Effect.) Would they be categorized in such a way or would they be diverse?

3: How would they react to Humans? Would they be hostile? Cautious? Open to learning about us? What would you think?

Need to do Mordin's loyalty mission. Complete my side missions then grind out some planets for upgrades. After which i'm gonna grab the two recruits I still need. Hopefully i'm doing enough to make this "suicide mission" successful...and also gain the ability to romance Tali.

Quick question, as far as this suicide mission goes. How much do all of the upgrades you research go towards coming out successful in the suicide mission? Is it limited to ship upgrades or ALL upgrades? I'm trying to do as much as possible but idk what I need to do.

The only ship upgrade you don't need to buy is the Medical Bay upgrade, fuel upgrade etc. The rest of them like the armor and shields are a must buy though.

Oh, got the Med Bay upgrade. I don't mind though. I don't have cracks in my skin now.

And since I have been mining all the main planets near Relays or ones I go to for side missions I got enough supplies or know places where I can get them.

Aaaand I cleared her name. And she is HAPPY.

Oooh yeeeeees.

Oh and I gotta go do Grunt and Mordin's missions then go help Liara. 10x more to do this time around.

Throughout the game you can find people who will give you different "badges" that you can equip in your equipment screen.
It's something to use online. With assisting other players through an area or invading other's worlds to kill them.

Nothing you have to worry about when Offline.
