If I'm talking to only one person, they already know I'm just responding to them. There's no reason to have them reread their own post, but I'm not going to reply without it so that they know where I'm at in the discussion. It's like keeping a tab on where the discussion is currently at without really needing it. Just a safety measure.
Why the heck do you post your messages above the quotes?
It just looks wrong. If anything seeing it at the bottom encourages me more to read it, because most people who are quoting extra things put it below the message. While the quote on top signifies the person they are responding to, since the first thing they'll see is "quote by [name]" thus making them move past it to read the response.

I'd say that's me with gym.
Since i'm not the kinda guy who needs to keep up with his weight 24/7 I can be pretty light on my workouts, not to say I don't work hard though. So I don't go everyday.
I'd usually go 3-4 days during the week, then take a break during the weekends. The rest is just soooo good. Plus sleeping in.
I've been bad this week though, only went twice.

You can play casually IMO as long as you're not interested in PvP. Pretty much anything else you're good. It does take a bit of effort to get into initially though.
My PC would literally shit itself if I tried to play Elite Dangerous.
It actually runs well on lower-end hardware AFAIK. Horizons on the other hand...
How about a 2008 HP computer that can only do 20 fps on Garry's Mod?
