I had to do tongue exercises and shit like that when I was young to help me with pronunciation. Can't recall any of the specifics of them though.
I wouldn't say the issue is how I say it. Because overall I say things like anyone else would. My problem is when my mind goes suddenly blank. Then I begin to stutter and my train of thought breaks. Making me have to take a step back and try to make something on the fly. Usually I apologize and say I can't speak as a joke. Even though it literally is me being unable to speak.

Let me be clear here, I do kinda have a speech impediment. You won't see it my typing or casual conversation(mostly), however if I have to explain something or give a speech. It's like my mind shuts off completely. I can't find the right words or how to say them, even if I know exactly what to say my mouth won't do what I want it to. It's extremely frustrating to try to teach someone something when I can't even speak.
Is there any ways to fix this that don't include drugs or therapy? Just some simple exercises or little tricks that can help with this issue? I'm honestly sick of this and want to be able to speak in a normal fashion.

That's pretty much the only way to get them to do anything.
Which is incredibly annoying when you see them actively participating in threads that clearly go against a rule. The mods used to be on top of their shit, and now it's like people have to drag them from under the bed to do their job properly more often than not.
Why wasn't that thread moved to HQ or something too? Leaking Anarchy stuff and just having the thread locked accomplishes nothing, people still read it.
Kits made sure to edit my post so that any detailed leakage was gone. After that it was star wars Challenger shit show.

If reverse psychology, the most basic tool of making someone move, works on you like that -> I'm so sorry.
It's kupo's own bloody fault for leaping onto the bait hook line and sinker. Either he saw the ploy and didn't care or he was too dense to notice a pretty obvious one.
To be frank, I really don't give a shit about how kupo dindunuffin because this was the third time he's done it and I've told him quite clearly both times previously what would happen if he repeated it. Then he goes and does it, so he takes full responsibility for getting banned.
So I could try and get someone banned, succeed, admit it AND get away with it?

You aren't the one breaking the rules there, the person who gets banned is.
If you were to go and egg someone on to spam the front page of the flood, then they got banned, that's still their own fault for being dumb enough to break the rules at the behest of another.
People have a certain amount of responsibility for their own actions.
But goading someone into doing it isn't right either. Sure yeah, Kupo wasn't smart to do it/wanted to do it, however Verbatim wanting it to happen and trying to make him do it is despicable. It should at LEAST get a warning, at best a day or two worth of ban time. Because working towards getting someone to get banned(even if it's there own fault for getting manipulated) is wrong in every way.
