Bastion might be a necessity on just about every team TBH, maybe even a little overpowered.
You place him in the right spot and he can pretty much carry games.

Any competent team can counter a Bastion, send a Mcree stun, Roadhog Hook, sneaky snipes, reinhardt charge.

Except most PUBS don't fucking figure it out.

Get yo booties in here.
Sorry, I decided to camp in the mountains last night. Did you guys establish a campaign schedule?
Also, if we use Hoard of the Dragon Queen for campaign content I also have the Rise of Tiamat follow-up campaign book.

Nope, nothing until we get a DM.

I wouldn't mind doing Hoard of the Dragon Queen and Rise of Tiamat, but until we get a DM nothing is decided.
Alright, I made a roll20 account, so if we get the ball rolling I'm ready. Should we start thinking about characters now, or is it too early?

I think picking a class would be fine.

Not race or background yet.

I am gonna be a Fighter I think. Battle Master.

Vien wants to be a Paladin/Cleric
I'll adapt if we need a certain role for party balance, but I think I'd like to be a rogue.

That's fine

Harg likes magic so he may be our magic user.

Right Harg?

Yeah

The Player's Handbook is an error

That's the only issue

Try this.

Kids, gather around and get the player's handbook at least

None of them are the player's handbook.

All of them are extra/DM.

In fifth grade I was part of a weekly D&D group using 3.5, and later I read the rulebook and became a DM. I got a lot of my friends into it that way, and still occasionally play with them. The rules they use for campaigns are different than 3.5, but I give them counsel if need want design advice pertaining to 3.5. I stopped DMing a while ago, I wasn't very adept at it.

3.5 is a decent one to use, especially since there is a PDF available I believe.

5e please.
In earlier versions you can make gods out of your characters. 5e, you will still have a type of weakness throughout it all.

Shit

I'm still trying to get a copy of 5e.
I'll link you every pdf when I'm home. I told my DM friend and await for a response.

Pm me it and i'll load them up over the weekend and read em

I'll upload again

Thank the lord for DropBox, can check this all on my phone.

Edit: oh, it's an error

Was not expecting to set one up.

Since when do multiplayer games need progression to be fun or have lasting value? Look how many people play Counter Strike still. Even more play Counter Strike: GO, yeah, you can unlock cosmetics, and play ranked games. But you get what I mean.

All of the unlocks and progression is purely cosmetic(except unlocking competitive)

So in a way it's similar, just more rewarding in the end since you get a loot box per level.

Why is it every game I play has 2+ Reapers, Mcrees or Genjis?

Seriously.

I meant "forgot" as in you didn't mention me in the list of users once
It should be expected that only memorable members to pip would be listed. That and those who made their presence known again in this thread.

You done anything to be remembered by him? I know I haven't.
p rude tbh

I have no idea why I was more memorable compared to you and Rocket though
I'm very forgettable.

In fact, if I wasn't a mod in the beginning, I would've been absolutely forgettable. Which I figure contributes to pip not remembering me since he wasn't around then.

Eh
I KNOW who you are, but haven't interacted with you much to leave an impact.

Most of the people I mentioned I have interacted with enough to leave an imprint.
