There are no PS4/Xbox cross-platform games, and PC players have a significant advantage over console players in shooters.
I know, I don't care though. Those aren't excuses to me in 2016.
Its not an excuse if its true though. Aiming on console for Overwatch is already difficult as it is. PC players would steamroll and the game would not be fun if that were to happen.
You know what would remedy this? Making exclusive Xbox/PS4 keyboards that can be used with games that support it. Sure, it would make some people who don't have them at a disadvantage but it would allow a lot of cross platform.

The only time people have chugged for me is when they are faking the fight club. You know, a phantom and a host having you fight the phantom but get surprised by the host. Which has never fooled me, as soon as they chug I know. I've even had random invaders while I was in NG+ do proper duels. Sure some of them were backstap fishing R1 spammers but they didn't chug!

I had that happen to me when I was summoned into a host's world with another invader, and 2 phantoms. Obviously the invader and I worked on killing the phantoms off, and sometimes chasing the host. Except all he would do it light attack, block, heal, run away. However it didn't take long for both of the phantoms to die and when we ganked the host he froze completely and we both knew that the fucker disconnected. So we gestured until "connection error occurred", laughed the whole time.

i wasnt that into it in the beta but now i really want to play it again. it scratched the multiplayer itch. god knows CoD cant do it anymore.
sheeeeit. i think ill hold out for a few more months to see if it dies or if E3 has something more tempting.
this probably isn't a bad plan. Within the next few months there should be a few more champs, the ranked system will be out, and in a few months we should know if the game will last or if it'll be the next titanfall
Since it is going in a similar way of TF2(in the business strategy sense) this game will last. The only thing that I can see becoming a problem is the progression. Since in TF2 there is a billion different things you can do per class, each taking practice and time to learn. Which is why there is people with 4000+ hours. Overwatch is more limited in that sense but with 21 heroes, more incoming for free and many different wacky things you can do it can get some people 1000+ hours.

That's true, and actually TF2 has started using it's own competitive system that is in beta last I knew. Probably to keep people interested since Overwatch and a couple other "hero" shooters have appeared.
