If you have had any experience with the story of Dark Souls one or two, then you'll understand what i'm talking about. If not take some time to look it up or watch a VaatiVidya video. Great stuff.

Anyways, gonna put spoilers for a very hard to find story that is pretty cool to discover(if you can on your own). If you want to do that then don't read this, i'm about to spoil shit AND sound nerdy as hell.

Anyways, before any Souls game took place, there are was the age of dragons, where no Light, Dark, or anything but grey, huge trees and overpowered dragons stand.
However, deep below the surface, the first fire ignited, and 3 powerful figures took 3 souls found in the flame.

The Witches of Izalith.
Gravelord Nito.
And Lord Gwynn.

However, there was also a FOURTH soul found, a different one. That a small husk took for himself to create man. The Dark Soul.

The three were able to take down the dragons and bring light to the surface, beginning the Age of Light with Lord Gwynn as it's ruler.
To not make this thread way too friggin long, a bunch of other stuff happened, and finally we get to Dark Souls. I SERIOUSLY want you guys to check out the lore yourself if you like Dank Salt.
Anyways, at the end of the game you wither rekindle the first flame or let it die, beginning the age of dark or rekindling the age of light.

Either way, Dark Souls 2 happens and it happens all over again. A golden age, bad mistakes, the inevitable, back to depressing.

However one thing is certain with this constant loop, there is a golden age, and throughout Dark Souls you see the remnants of that age.

So, I wonder, could a Dark Souls game be made IN this golden age?
It would be extremely different, but imagine seeing what it was like when things were good...it could still be extremely difficult.

Imagine this, you are a random character in this golden age, and you become one of the first to return to the undead curse. Which marks the beginning of the decline, since you are not hollow, you can still fight, however with everyone else against you and the horrors of the world returning, can you fight back to prevent the inevitable?
It would have this very depressing atmosphere like most souls games, where you know what will come, but you will do everything to fight it...or help it. Who knows, I thought it was interesting.

Thoughts?

Not gonna go into details, but some stuff happened with my father and my mother(who are divorced). Beginning a huge fight, right in front of me, and my mother saying "you better hire an attorney".

So i'm in a pretty shitty mood, and laying on a tear stained pillow(yes i'm a crybaby) i'll answer your questions to not have to think about it.

But yeah April 12th is my birthday. I don't have any money to buy DSIII however I will be renting it. Very excited to see what comes from it.

This is an interesting little game I found on steam, it is currently early access(yeah...) however it is free and is a LOT of fun.

Much like smash, you widdle down your oppononet until they get knocked out of the map, with(using Xbox controller) X, B and Y you can do different power and simple attacks.
The difference between Smash and this however is that there is preset weapons for each character/legend. You pick up an on fire sword that spawns on the map to get these weapons. Mattering by the character and preset you can get everything from dual pistols, to bows, to schimitars and rocket powered spears. All that buff your character's capabilities with a whole new set of moves.

I was able to get a bunch of people from my starwarsrp server to play, and we had a BLAST. Sure we were limited to the characters on rotation but it didn't stop us from beating eachother up.

So yeah, gonna have my birthday celebrated on April 1st(yeah yeah april fools and all that shit). Mainly because family will be busy elsewhere on my actual birthday, which is the 12th. Plus I basically know about everything that will happen since my family SUCKS at hiding shit.

So, how has your week been? Anything special?

Yep, on Monday we are packing up bags. All I know is that my family has completely planned this and we will be heading off on a plane. I'm gonna need some good knock out drugs on the plane ride too(motion sickness).
I have absolutely no clue where. I probably get a clue once I see what we need to pack. However i'll probably poof for a week or so. I'll make a thread discussing where we went and such after.

I never hated larping or saw it as wrong, but to say I didn't like it before would be correct. I got into the view of these glasses wearing 300 pound nerds just wacking eachother with fake swords.

Honestly I have been looking more into it, will I LARP any time soon? Doubt it. Would I see what it's about? Probably.

Let me be clear here, I do kinda have a speech impediment. You won't see it my typing or casual conversation(mostly), however if I have to explain something or give a speech. It's like my mind shuts off completely. I can't find the right words or how to say them, even if I know exactly what to say my mouth won't do what I want it to. It's extremely frustrating to try to teach someone something when I can't even speak.

Is there any ways to fix this that don't include drugs or therapy? Just some simple exercises or little tricks that can help with this issue? I'm honestly sick of this and want to be able to speak in a normal fashion.
