Honestly, I wouldn't call owning a gun a fundamental, natural, universal and inalienable human right to have. Nothing close to it.
The first, and primary purpose of a gun, being the tool that it is, is to kill or severely injure something in the name of offensive or defensive actions. The two secondary purposes being non lethal target practice if you're a marksman or a showman, or it being used for a collection.
Personally I would never own one or use one unless I had to. And I think that you have to really understand the implications of owning one, and have the knowledge and intelligence to use it properly, which a lot of people demonstrate neither of.
I don't think it's a right, but I think the people who demonstrate and show that they can handle the responsibility of owning the tool, caring for it, and making sure that it can't fullfill it's primary purpose immidiately if it were ever stolen should have the green light to own it. Or, unless they live in an environment that practically neccessitates it. (Basically some parts of the States at this point)
But I wouldn't ever call it an inborn fundamental right. For every other tool out there you have to demonstrate that you have the skills and knowledge to properly use it and care for it. Same should apply to firearms.

You may be more than a little biased here. From what I can tell, your brother is neither particularly smart nor "intellectually mature to know right from wrong". It's normal to think more of people we're close to, but you can't let it cloud your judgement.
Your brother needs your support, but he also needs to understand that this is not okay and that there might be consequences for what he's done. He's at an extremely impressionable and young age where things like this can shape him quite a bit. Coercing a very troubled girl into giving him nude pictures could be what starts him down a path to a lot worse than just that.
My knowledge of Canadian criminal law is pretty shaky, but I can give you my opinion on the legal side if you'd like.
It's okay Flee. Our criminal justice system is like going on a fucking free all expense paid trip to disneyland compared to the US's. His brother sure as fuck won't be going to prison or even juvinile offenders stuff. My money's on community service or two days in a police cell.

Hard to say. I see those arguments about him being a 13 year old. But at the same time, it depends on the context. A 13 year old might ask for tits and then after they got what they wanted, I doubt they'd really be interested in keeping it going for months or so as you say he has.
People always bring up age as an argument. "He's only this old." Well, I'll tell you what, recently, in my province, there happened to be a school shooting. 9 dead and 7 injured. The kid's in the 14-15 range.
They're not putting him up as a juvinile. He's being tried as an adult.
This is a different context from the situation here. But my point is that sometimes people, no matter how young they are, can't and shouldn't escape the full consequences. But it's not my place to really say since I don't have all the information and I'm not the one in that current situation.
I can't really say what I'd do either since, honestly, I'm used to cutting out family members who aren't nice people.

I have no fucking clue how I managed to pull that off.

If they were Grineer he'd be in trouble. Tonkor's blast primary is good for fucking corpus and machines, and a few types of infested. But the higher level grineer units wear armour that's resistant to blast damage.
I'm voting that he used that magnetic rifle that spawns black holes that just ragdoll everything no matter what it is.

Depending on the critter and the relationship with said critter, pretty decent. I've got this cat that I found as a stray after the first few weeks I was in this province. Heard something meowing out in the field and went to go find it. Skinny little starving cat was hobbling along on two broken back legs. So I picked her up and that was that.
All she wants to do all day long is sit in my lap and pur. Which is nice on some days and some nights where I get really down because that cat is always there. Follows me everywhere and makes a fuss if I'm gone too long.
With a good dog, it's the same thing except multiplied a bit farther since you can travel with them and stuff like that.

I haven't, but I have a Pen & Touch Medium. In general I think Wacom's stuff is pretty decent.
