Spring- Frosts and soggy rainy shit Summer- Nuke-a-thon sunshine levels of burnage Fall- Soggy cold bullshit Winter- Freezing cold bullshit
Fuck the seasons up here. In fact, fuck the seasons in general.
Just give me a moderate, temperate climate.

I was actually like that this summer. I couldn't bring myself to do anything other than listen to my shitty music and trudge into work. Video Games lost their appeal. I'd enjoy them for about an hour then just get bored again. Each day was a long journey to me. I isolated myself from everyone but one of my good friends. I even turned down a few offers of going out somewhere with my pals because I just couldn't.
The one thing I could do was go on long evening walks. During those times where I looked up at the stars and marveled at my place in all of this crazy shit, I felt truly free from all recent happenings and future worries. At one point I walked across half the town doing this. It made me feel so much better.
My advice? Take a nice, long walk. Think about everyone you love and focus on making things right with everything.
Or just ignore my potentially shitty advice.
I wouldn't say it's crappy advice friend. And, in fact, yeah, I do take walks. But here's my issue. I'm aware of things. But they don't click. They don't have any weight to them whatsover. Very little, if any meaning. For example. I am, always aware that I've got people around me who love me. But it doesn't click. I always feel alone, always feel seperate. Take my life. By all standards, so far, I've carved something decent out of it. It's not bad by any means. But here's the problem. The part of me that's talking to you right now, is the one that recognizes this. Key point. Recognizes it. But doesn't feel it. And mainly, 90% of what I do feel, is shit. You put me somewhere, in a happy environment, or a great event, and give it an hour, at the maximum. And it'll turn back on me. I won't be happy. But instead, I'll get down and I'll start to go down. I walk things off like they never even happened, and then I end up back in that down state of...grey. And that's what I don't know how fight. Even with the proffessionals I'm talking to these days. I've got nothing on this.

To be clear: the rule is that avatars and nameplates must be safe for work.
Well twerking, while suggestive is still safe for work yes?
Not really. You'd probably get fired from your job if you were caught by a boss.

Irrelevant. Folks find ways to get what they want if it really matters to them. I'd say I'm poor. I've done the math on what I'd need to actually get myself an xbone. It's a really hefty price.
I know, if I really wanted it though, I'd get it. But it's not worth it to me. The cost to buy it, with the time I have on my hands these days, combined with the fact that 90% of stuff coming out these days blows ass, just doesn't warrent a purchase.
The shame thing about supposedly owning lesser tech.
Fuck off with that tripe. Ya don't have to feel anything over what you can or can't get.

Holy shit you're retarded "hey guys I read something off a wikipedia page I'm smart right?"
Who cares where the info came from, (which is more than just Wikipedia). It's not about being smart, it's about sharing information that apparently some of you didn't know. Stop being childish.
information that's incorrect and based off of pure speculation, poor speculation at that.
You can't call it incorrect information when you've literally put no effort into disputing their claims or even researching the topic. I'll take their analysis over yours.
>haven't researched the topic
LOL
man i took a college course over AI theory and read Godel, Escher, Bach which contains the leading theory of how AGIs could be made.
Yet you still argue against expert opinion and analysis? Something ain't right then.
no credible expert opinion will predict the technological singularity happening in 2040 or anywhere near that. Optimism has no place in science.
If an inventor who wasn't optimistic about trying to create something then they'd have never passed the hurdles required to reach their end result.
scientists 50 years ago were also optimistic we would have flying cars by now. Look how that turned out. If you're going to study in the field of science you need to be a realist, not an optimist.
Hovercraft modes of transport would like to have a word with you. Small flight capable vehicles would like to have a word with you. As a matter of fact, this thing would like to have a word with you. Optimism has a place in whatever you do. The key, is not to let your head go too high up into the clouds. There's optimisim that's grounded in reality and then there's idle daydreams. There's a difference.

Or you didn't.
Yeah, and he did.

You've got 50/50 chances of dying.
You either die peacefully.
Or you die painfully.
Hmm. Makes sense.
Well, yeah. You either do, or you don't .
50/50
So technically you could say that it's binary code then, couldn't ya?

How very interesting.
Apologies for finding some entertainment outta my day. Figured I'd share it here since we've all such great opinions on muscle men after all.
It's entertaining and funny to see in actual person. But if you want, by all means, we could make this an interesting conversation. How about discussing the psychology behind it?
If ya'll are so unentertained by my posts then maybe ya can give me suggestions for improvements.
Ah. I got it. Of course. How could I forget.
Right.
I'm open to suggestions here. Teach me how to post intersting things Nexus.
No.

I ain't kidding here. Some dude just walked into my restaurant, started browsing stuff and pouring himself coffee, but the whole time, he was flexing.
You know, the really slow deliberate moves to show off muscle as they flex, but in the kind of way that's like "I'm casually flexing because I'm so strong but I totally don't even notice it" kind of deal?
Best part here, I knew it was coming when he went over to talk to some women sitting down at a table.
Please tell me you guys have seen some of these people because it's fucking hilarious.

The character models being taken from Reach isn't even an issue, like, at all. Y'know, considering that Reach takes place just days before CE, and that the Covenant you fight on Installation 04 are literally the Covenant that attacked Reach. That and Reach's models were great.
LOL
Reach character models are objectively the ugliest.
Depends on what models you're looking at. I've got models of most Reach assets in Gmod. I happened to be taking a peek at marines/army troopers the other day and found that I appreciated all the little details put into them. As far as actual normal humans go, Reach did a good job with marines and their armour.

Darth Maul did live.
Granted, I'm sure The Clone Wars isn't your type of entertainment, he did survive canonically.
oh
And they didn't even kill him in the show, or the subsequent comic adaptation of the unfinished script of it. He's just... Out there. Still alive, wandering around.
Ah, the worst type of death of any kind. Obscurity.

Sign me the fuck up. You'd better be playing it on the 360.
First Souls or the second?
Let's make it official Chally. I wanna do a 1 v 1 with somebody here that I know on a souls game.
I don't have an Xbone.
The first one. I haven't even beat Dark Souls 2 yet and I don't really have PvP gear or a high enough level yet.
It's okay Chally. I made Baldar Swaggins as a low level pvp character. Any gear is pvp gear.

Eh, I don't think it would be very interesting. I get why you think it'd be cool, but it sounds like a gimmick to me.
Not gonna lie, I really dislike the gimmick excuse. People are too quick to slap things on as being gimmicky. Which is a really fucking fantastic way to stunt game devs who think about stuff like that and get all spooked to try something new for fear of having an acidic reaction from people.

halo reach was good at making me rage. the stupid tracking mechanic on grenades in particular was very anger inducing.
Changed my point. Thanks for dredging up bad memories. I concur as well. If ya want a little bit of anger in your veins play some lolReach.

I hear deleting the game works wonders for speed. You literally hit a button and poof. You downloaded your game into the garbage.
