And I do apologize if I came up a little bit sharp on that last response. You are technically right, moderation would be not doing it at all. But like I spoke, that's not the world we live in. And it was a rather poor statement because you yourself are a gamer. You cannot argue that anything of true worth is really gained when you sit down for an hour or two, and play a round of games, other than personal enjoyment. I would even say that it's deconstructive. The cons outweigh the pros. But, my point to be said was, moderation. No doubt, you use moderation when you play games Verb. So could it not be argued that it would be better to use some form of moderation if you were a user of something, over complete and total abandonment?

Naturally. But I was talking about the people who do in fact, smoke pot. Obviously you're not going to go out there and stop them from doing as such now, are you? No and neither am I. But from my respective stance, compared to people who smoke in small doses, when put up against those who are heavy usage, obviously, moderation is a little better. I say moderation in the sense of people that currently do and who likely won't stop, rather than those who never tried it in the first place. My point is not moot. And do you know why? You're a gamer. In reality, you literally do nothing, but enjoy yourself when you play a game. But you accomplish nothing else. No activity. No productivity. Nothing is gained except for enjoyment at the cost of time. And with gamers, the same can be said of moderation. Some, play games moderately. And others, take it way overboard. So let me remind you that you're one to talk, Verb, if we're bringing up the subject of platitude.

60 seems a little steep to still be working. Anybody who's currently 60 in my country is on their pension.

It's the same here in Canada. The current retirement age is now pushing 68. But that doesn't mean people who are currently 60 as of today get their pension cut off because the rate has changed today. Then again that's my country. What do you suppose the retirement age was in yours when that guy started working?

what do you bois think of the new frigate design they pushed in halo 4? Terrible, and jarring, considering Halo 4 starts in FUD, yet looks absolutely nothing like what it looked like in Halo 3. I spent about ten minutes after that cutscene just trying to figure out how the ship feel apart to end up looking the way it did. Then I realized, "Oh, they just made it... A completely different... Type. Of. Ship."
It was changed solely for gameplay reasons, because of how small the actual FuD is. The Halo 3 design is still the canonical version.
Pillar of Autumn has ridiculous scale changes for The Maw, but nobody cared.
I don't think those two kilometers were a straight line most of the time.

I used to be really good for notes. If I wanted to I used to be able to write down almost the entirety of what was spoken rather than just cutting out parts of the whole thing.
It was messy speed writing though. Only a strange jumble of scribbles that I alone could decifer.
