Rather than having new info threads pop up as time goes on, most of everything is going to filter into this thread instead. You know, considering that Galo 5 Gourdians is a few days away, I'm not complaining about this section of the forums being not being filled with discussion about Galo 5. Because most of it is contained in the mega thread. 2974

Well, for starters, if I were to be a serial killer, I'd do two things.
Dodge the fucking motivation to pick specific targets. If you leave a pattern based on your targets, then you leave a footprint. Second. No fucking calling cards. You want me to be a fucking moron, or a serial killer? 2980

Rape would probably go hand in hand with chopping people up. But like I said. The second part of the song actually has pete chopping people up. And not with his dick. I reiterate what I said. Pretty fucking funny how the people in the 50's went for rape and murder over some guy being promiscuous in a song. 2981

And, a little bit of trivia as well. Butcher Pete part 1 is played in Fallout 3. When the record is turned over to part 2, which is the part we don't hear in Fallout 3, you get to the part where Pete goes crazy and starts chopping everybody else up, which lands him in the electric chair, which he eventually chops up as well.

Actually, mr. Psyche is right to a degree. Butcher Pete is actually a song about a murderer who literally chops people up. When the song first came out, it recieved poor reception because it was, originally, a song about some dudes promiscuous affairs with all the ladies in town. But due to the flak it recieved, no fucking joke, they actually switched it up and said that it was a song about Pete the Butcher in a murder sense. Kind of funny, honestly, that a humorus song about a guy going around and chopping people up was accepted more than a song about a guy sleeping around. 2985

Unless you're playing a bit more realistic and don't wanna fast travel/wait. If not, I can appreciate such immersion.Yeah, I did that once. I'm not entirely against it, but I'll try avoiding it. Same with fast-travelling, unless I'm just going back and forth between two areas. That's something I usually like to avoid in Fallot games as well. Fast travel sucks a bit out of encounters. But, I find, that stance quickly erodes when I enter the DC ruins. The place is....messy. Just don't listen to the radio too long.
The loops get old after a while. Also! Just a neat tip for you Verb. If you're sneaking with your radio active, you're less effective at sneaking, obviously, because it's a radio. The same also applies to your light. If you're gonna go backstab some dorks with those knives you found, make sure you hit the lights out switch first. 3000
