I could fill you up with my dick.
normally i would laugh but not this time
Oh sorry.

Maybe it has to do with things going any kind of good and you just feel like it can and probably will all just go away. Like you don't want to be happy because the more happy happy you are, the more devastated you will be. And now that you have downtime from it, you want it back, but you're just stuck doing something mundane.

It'll get better.

Do I need my eyes checked? I think that's the first non hostile thing I've ever seen ya say. You're not in character man.

Every day for long time now. Mostly everything's just a shade of grey to me, if we're going to be poetic here. Not much has any meaning or interest. Nothing has any weight, or pull to it. It's all just sort of there.

It's not that I can't feel stuff either. Just whatever I feel fades quickly. It's like blowing a candle out. Poof. One second you've got all this colour and life, right there in front of you, and then it just fades and dies, landing me back in square one, here.

It's actually tiring, if I think about it. I don't want to see anything interesting if it's just going to be crushed and snuffed out like that.

So yeah. There's your answer.

Eden > Three Dog

Not that three dog is bad, he's just out of his league compared to listening to Malcolm McDowell ramble about the good old days and how he plans to clean up the cesspool of the Capital Wasteland.
Eden is a dictator, Three Dog is the real voice of the Wasteland AWWOOOOO
Eden is your duly elected president.

No peeking Verb.

Spoiler
I thought it always sucked that no matter what you did, Eden blew himself up anyway. He wasn't actually evil, really. Just going about things the wrong way. Bonus brownie points for the what a twist moment when you find out that he went from a simple record keeping computer to something that was most likely sentient.

Eden did nothing wrong.

Something else I appreciate. Making a game world is a pretty big deal. But filling it with so much detail is another. How many games out there like to say that they've got big worlds, but when you step into them, they're just hugely empty?

Anywhere you go in a bethesda game, that's not the case. Even walking into a seemingly abandoned building on top of a pile of rocks, you might find a story to that place, or just some special arrangement of items. I actually seriously don't know how they do it and work on something so massive.

That being said, their games are so big that you can't really blame them if they get a few boo-boos here and there with glitches. It's such a fucking enormous task to test in a game like that.

One more thing--about the dialogue. I appreciate the game's sparse use of the word "fuck" so far. Don't get me wrong--I love saying fuck, but too often, I think, do developers try too hard in making their dialogue as profane as possible, for... no reason other than to make it seem, uh, hardcore or badass or something. Like, you ever play Prototype? Great example. Or Shadow the Hedgehog. It gives the impression that they want their game to be as "tough" as possible, and it just ends up being... childish, cringeworthy, and the sort of game you can't really play with company, because nobody really wants to hear people swearing at each other at the top of their lungs.

Fallout 3 hasn't really done that so far. People swear, but they swear when it's appropriate. If that makes sense.

I dunno, I like it. I appreciate intelligent use of profanity.

Fallout's the kind of game that uses language appropriately man. This isn't Prototype 2 where Heller's every 5th word consists of fuck.

And usually, what I like about Fallout is that when swears do come up in dialogue, sometimes they're just hilarious. Which can be fitting contex because people usually like to say fuck when something serious is going on, or, when something less serious and more....what the fuck is going on.

I really do appreciate that about the series. Even if it had at the most, less than a dozen people voicing which could get a little repetitive after a while, they all put their effort into the dialogue.

Monday sucks because you feel like a corpse after restarting the daily grind

Tuesday sucks because you look ahead of you and the entire week feels a thousand miles away

Wednesday sucks because you finally get there and realize that you're only halfway there

Thursday sucks because it's not friday yet

Friday sucks because you want it to end but then suddenly get piled up with shit to do on the weekend

Saturday is slightly okay

Sunday sucks because you count the hours down before Monday arrives and you have to do it all over again

Ah, the circle of blue collar life.

One of the first games I played.

Too bad 3 was shit.
That is general information concerning your experience with the Fable games, yes.

?
I think fable 3 is a bad game, and I think fable 1 & 2 are amazing games
It honestly wasn't that bad. It was mostly alright until near the end, which was kinda bad.

If you listen to Peter Molyneux, then you'll hate every game he touches because of how much he hypes them up and how they fall short every time.

Good news is, Peter doesn't have a hand in touching Fable Games anymore. I don't even know if he works at Lionhead anymore.

Bad news is, it looks like despite his hype mobiles, Lionhead can't make even a decent fucking Fable game without him.

Nope. I'm sorry man. We're walking into some higher based psychological issues and other minefields that are way the fuck out of my league. Anything I say at this point would just makes thing worse. Sorry.
I understand. I do have a psychologist, I will probably bring it up with them.

That's your best bet.

Honestly, all I can say is that nobody here can help you with that issue. This is something a trained proffessional could handle.  Mr. Psyche is probably the closest one here, but he's out of his league with this too.

Talk to your doc.

Gimme a little bit to think about it.

Well, colour me a little bit stumped on that one. If you're not into the whole relationship deal, then it's not going to work. And there's a 90% chance that there isn't a fucking chance in hell that you can let her off gently without causing problems.

That kind of mental instability can't be reasoned with. She's got her sights on you square and she's likely going to be blind to reason and logic.

Honestly, I have a few ideas as to what you could do. But I doubt if they'd work. I'm sorry to say here, but I can't help. And I don't think there's any walking away from this cleanly.

Well for starters, do you have an age approximation on your compatriot?
They're 18.

Oh shit.

Right. That's going to be something really difficult to work around. Do you know if it's their first deal with the "I love you thing" or have they had that before?
They're tricky, because they are kind of socially inept, they have been abused pretty badly, they've had a couple relationships which ended up being trash. I'm one of those only people she's probably had one with that's actually a decent person. So it's really confusing for her and I.

Okay then. Walking on a minefield. It's technically the whole "first love" deal then. Those are really, really fucking hard to work with without ending in tears if one side doesn't return the sentiments.

So, first things first, what's your take on them?

Since we're on the subject that heartily makes me cringe and my asshole clench into a singularity as I die a little inside when it's brought up, here's a question Turkey.

What exactly are we supposed to do about "white priviledge?"

Because the more I watch people shout and scream those two horrendously wonderful words, the less I see of anything ever happening or getting done. It just seems like people are content to scream in a white person's direction but, funny enough, lack any answers when questioned for a solution.

I'll be quite frank. I don't buy into this white priviledge bullshit. I think it can and does exist, to a degree, but not on the level that these people like to talk or think about. And it seems like the more this whole thing circulates around, the worse it becomes, as people suddenly just start using it as an excuse to bitch and whine over trivial fucking pointless things.

I could be wrong of course.

Last note here. I don't hate people and their tendancies because most of them are involuntary. As far as I'm concerned, the only time hate or dislike is warrented, is when somebody is logically aware of what they're doing, but they choose to do it anyway.

And the second bit, since I know that rather than fix the people you'd prefer to have everybody kick the bucket quietly, I'll level with you here. I don't entirely disagree with anti-natalism. But I'm not on board for the whole deal because of one main reason.

You argue that being born without consent is a shitty thing to do to somebody. I don't get that argument because before you're born, you're nothing. There's nothing of you, to give consent.

So that therefore means you have the choice of consent when you're alive and you exist. Not before you were born. Which falls under the category of uthenasia. Choosing to live, or to die.

And the reason I don't really abide by euthenasia in cases except wher somebody really needs it, is because to me, death is earned.

Death is like going to sleep. It's peace and rest from all the hardships.

That rest is not earned until you live your life and endure all of its hardships until something kills you. You, killing yourself, in my opinion, is not the way to go because you're throwing away everything good that you could accomplish for the sake of merely being unhappy, which is as non rational as all the other human emotions out there.

I figure since we're talking about people understanding things, I may as well level with you here anyway.

If you help people because you like to help people, and that it makes you happy, then it's still self centered isn't it? It's still an exchange, just in a different manner.

You give your time, or efforts, to somebody. And in exchange, from them, you gain happiness.

That's still selfish.
There are no selfless deeds--everyone knows this. My point is that it makes more sense to be happy over certain things than other things. It makes sense to be happy because someone else is happy. It makes sense to be happy that you just helped someone out.

It doesn't make sense to be happy over making white stuff come out of your dick.
It doesn't make sense to be happy over inhaling cannabis smoke into your lungs.
Et cetera.

If you didn't actually accomplish anything worthwhile, it doesn't make sense to be happy about it.
Which is why I hate dopamine, because it causes us to be pleasured by irrational things.

Fair enough. I agree on that. Two things though.

You still didn't technically give me anything to really state whether my particular sexual tendancies were filthy. So, then isn't it fair to say that sexuality isn't completely "filthy?"

And the second. You're probably well aware of this. But people's intelligence varies. That, also therefore means that what they can grasp and understand varies. There are some people, a lot of people out there, that you can recite objective facts to, and they won't understand it or grasp it.

It just won't click.

Which is why I don't put much emphasis on hating people or their tendancies. Because 90% of them are out of their own control. I don't place blame or hate on the tendancy when it exists beyond some people and their ability to understand or control it.

I'm more concerned as to why throughout history only a small percentage of human beings had and continue to have any truly rational ability to them while the rest are all just a bunch of dummies. That needs to be fixed. Fix the people, fix the world, so to speak.

And you don't think, that let's say, during the night, when it's quiet, and there's no more work to be done for the day, that it wouldn't be nice to enjoy some peace and quiet with somebody close to you? From my stance, I enjoy making people feel good. What's special to me about an intimate partner is that I would have the opportunity to do that.
Me too. The thing is, in my opinion, that kind of thing transcends sexuality, because one's sexuality is all about one's own personal preferences--what makes you feel good, with no regard for anyone else. Once you add other parties into the equation, it becomes less about sexuality, and more about intimacy, and that, to me, is different. Intimacy, and the desire to want to make someone else feel good, is much better than wanting to make yourself feel good (sexuality).

You see, the dirtiness of sexuality comes almost entirely from the selfishness of it. You don't recognize any other parties but your own. To me, that's gross.

Sex isn't so simple though. What about the case of somebody taking and somebody giving? Like a submissive/dominant relationship?

Sex is engaged by two parties, right? Even if it's selfish and centered more around one's pleasure than the other. Both of them want to feel good. And depending on their sexual kinks and who they are, they'll give and recieve to different aspects. If a guy really wants to bone a chick and nothing else, it falls down onto if the lady wants the same thing. Sex doesn't just happen when one party says it does. You need both.

And to me, the act of wanting to give isn't selfless. Think about it. It's an exchange. It's less selfish than other things. But still self centered.

If you help people because you like to help people, and that it makes you happy, then it's still self centered isn't it? It's still an exchange, just in a different manner.

You give your time, or efforts, to somebody. And in exchange, from them, you gain happiness.

That's still selfish. But it's inherently a more productive form of being selfish.

And what counts as productive in your eyes?

I mean that in the sense of a universal constant. Give me something that is universally productive to do at all times. We assign meaning to our existence don't we? Therefore, something that means anything to us can count as productive can it not?
There are objectively productive things, like curing diseases and feeding the hungry, doing good work, that should make you happy.

Objectively, yeah, curing diseases, feeding people, and doing good work is easily a good thing.

But not everybody has the brain to work in a lab. Not every job that involves feeding people is going to take up people who line up to help if they already have their positions filled. I can't fill the quota of somebody working in a lab to cure a disease. And I wouldn't actively work for our system to try and feed people because our system is flawed.

But, I do good work. And I'm not afraid to say that it's likely I work harder than any other person on this forum.

But you can't work 24/7. Human body can't go forever like that. So, I still don't see how it would be disgusting, considering that 90% of my day, is spent unrelated to myself whatsoever.

Your argument there, honestly feels like it's reaching for straws.

If I told you I was a fan of being shit on and rubbing shit all over the place during sex, that'd be a no brainer. But I didn't. I told you something of mine that I think is and should be earned. And doesn't just show up out of the blue. I wouldn't up and say "Let's fuck here and now lol."
