Hard to say. I don't remember the population numbers, but it's a toss-up between Saskatoon or Prince Albert.

Ah. We're dealing with more stuff behind the scenes. At one point Palmer found Halsey again and had a gun at her but she couldn't take the shot. Palmer's not exactly a dummy. She's just a tad insecure about being a dummy is all. So she put all that stuff aside and now her and Halsey are mildly agreeable to each other.

well melee on a Heavy isn't the big part to worry about, your main focus should always be the minigun.
And the default minigun is fine, I prefer a Tomislav but that's good.
Overall good.
Fists of steel melee oreintated heavy is actually superb for tanking soldiers who get the jump on you. I've always been killed while rounding corners since half the time it's a crit rocket or all four of those rockets come out before I can do enough damage. Fists of steel negates almost all of that blast damage, and they don't suffer damage penalties,allowing me to seriously fuck up soldiers and demos. And the default mini-gun for me since any other mini-gun paired up against another default mini-gun user will lose automatically. The biggest threat to me on the field was always other Heavies.

See, that seems interesting. But I'm not quite sold on it. Nothing stops me from trying it of course.
But I'm not exactly sure if you can just up and change the light waves emitted by certain hardware that's built into a computer screen. It might make warmer colours at night but that technically wouldn't change the light and UV that's being used to project those colours, would it?
Gonna try it though and see what happens. Couldn't hurt any more than it already does, right?
Trust me, it makes a difference.
I'm pissing around with their example filters and I can spot the difference. Some of them hurt more and some of them hurt less to look at.
