[I find it ridiculous that the UNSC still have an inability to give machine guns to their drivers. Or that my spartan doesn't want to leave his vehicle when someone is on the back of the tank.
Probably because they are gameplay design choices and have no bearing on the canon.
Halo CE and Halo 2 both gave their scorpions machine guns on the mounted canon. They were inaccurate as fuck. But still there as an option. Better than the free kill headshot seat it is now.

Warden Eternal was tougher than I expected. Took me quite a few tries to kill him. Campaign has been pretty good so far.
A B C, Flee's gonna learn how to count to three.

Seriously.
I'm platinum mad at how shit the wraith is.
I have so many
And I haven't used them
You're not even missing anything dude. The wraith is basically a giant "highjack me" brick. I don't know what 343 did to the mortar, but it's so damn awkward to aim the arc now. The firing reticule is just dopey and the mortar itself travels about as far as a deflated balloon.
Which means in order to do any really good damage to people or actually land your hits, you need to get in close. Which, frankly, is a death sentence because
A) Vehicles are made of paper, so rather than use them like an engine of destruction you have to treat them like sniper rifles and stay at the back of the map
B) The wraith's mortar recharges slightly faster than a cellphone hooked up to a potato
C) Has wide highjack angles, terriblely slow mobility, and is limited only to front facing targets. Once again, the scorpion is better in every single respect.
Maybe the upgraded wraiths are better. But so far, the default standard is a laughable hunk of shit.
The Mortar has been changed to make it so the bolt arcs up above where your reticle is in attempt to make the bolt land where your reticle is.
Slow mobility? Do you even boost bro?
Anyway, gimme all yo Wraith cards. I last longer in them than I do a Scorpion.
WAT. That doesn't even make any sense at that point. Why bother having a reticule at that point if all it serves is to fuck people over who think it works like the old wraiths? Slow mobility, yeah. I don't need the fucking wraith to boost forwards. I need the damn thing to fucking turn faster. If trading req cards was a thing I'd go for it. I'd take ghosts over wraiths since I've killed more enemy vehicles by being a cheeky cunt in the ghost than using that brick of a vehicle. I've killed more scorpions by ramming a ghost up their ass than using the wraith's potato speed recharge mortar.

I'm wondering how H5's population is doing. I haven't played it much lately. Busy with other games. But I played some today and it worked fine like always. Ready for Forge. I'll probably play a lot when that comes out.
there are no official population statistics available afaik
There are no population counters for Battlefield or Battlefront, but someone has a site for them. He was able to get them, not sure how. Never looked into it. Maybe there's one for Halo 5.
There isn't yet. It's bottom of the top 10 played XBL games chart though.
As long as I can find matches nice and easy I won't complain. I'm sure dank souls isn't in the top ten most played. But I still find people easy peasy. So long as enough people stick around and play, it's K.

Dunno why you'd want br starts Flee.
They're really fucking boring in Halo 5. I've played enough matches already that I'm sick to death of the br. It's the only fucking gun you ever see.
I just like those weapons. DMR, BR, Carbine and such have always caught my fancy. Nice, rhythmic, firing at a decent pace... They felt good and solid to use. AR is boring, pistol feels flimsy. Never liked either in any Halo game since CE. BR starts would make a lot things better, imo.
There are BR starts dude. Pretty sure big team has em on all the time.

I've got the kraft dinner ratio of a guy who gets things done.
You need a suicide grabber to keep the flag from despawning? Heyo.
Need somebody to rush in as bait to lure out the other team? Yep.
Need somebody to clutch a miracle vehicle run and stay alive for half the game while pissing off the enemy team? You got it.
My kraft dinner ratio seems almost even. I die generally the same amount that I kill.

Nope. Nothing can currently be done. We're already in the runaway environmental effects. In order to even make a dent, you'd need to actually stop every single carbon emission on the planet. Shut down everything. And that wouldn't stop it at this point because it's moving on its own now.
So, long story short, we dun goofed, the weather's gonna do some dammicky shit, things are gonna get messy, and it'll be a long fucking time before the weather stabilizes once more.
And even then conservative would claim global warming being caused by man as bullshit.
They'd partially be right, actually.
The deal that everybody forgets with this "caused by man" bullshit is that, go figure, the fucking environment changes. Our world has had a lot of stages of weather over the course of its history. It's never stayed the same.
Over the course of thousands of years, the oceans might have rose on their own.
The only thing we've had a hand in, is accelerating how fast the change takes place.
The whole speal about us causing global warming or climate change is ridiculously overstating and overestimating our abilities to control anything on this planet.
I spent a fair amount of time actually reading the report on our effects on Global Warming
We're doing a lot, and if we keep at it, things could change by up to 4°C by 2100 if we don't try to reduce our emissions (Doesn't sound like much, but that's the global average, places could hit 10°C higher on average)
You gotta remember that even if we only account for say, 5% of global greenhouse gas emissions, the Earth was already in equilibrium, recycling whatever got spewed out naturally. Our contributions cause more emissions than the Earth can recycle and so it just stays in the atmosphere, contributing to climate change
Not denying that we don't have an impact. But I'm saying that when most people look at climate change, they seem to get spooked over it because we're supposedly changing it. As if the climate itself wouldn't change naturally on it's own over time. As if we're some grand moving force. Silly, is all.

TFW both teams are so scared to do the brunt of the work in killing a boss only to have it stolen, therefore no bosses are targeted in the match whatsoever.
