I still don't see why people dislike this game for anything other than campaign and lacking infection (BTW there is an infection emblem already in game so it is most likely being added). It shpuld have been in on launch.
Warzone is fun, fair and does not at all feel competetive unless you get a full team and Arena is exactly what competetive Halo should be. Warzone is very rarely fair; 19/20 games involve one team being curbstomped. The map design is awful, mainly due to how cramped they are for the player count and vehicles, and the grenade spam in the bases is just ridiculous. THe AI involvement is simply pathetic, and I can't understand who thought it was a good idea to make a game mode designed around encouraging spawnkilling. Warzone feels tacked on based on what they had after making arena and forgetting they needed a big team battle mode.
Arena is marhinally better because it's obvious the game was designed around it, but the terrible maps offset any advantage that has. On top of that, the supposedly "skill based" matchmaking seems to like placing me with the top-tier players who are way better than me. GG.
Idk about other people but I have not felt the need to play the campaign over and over again in any Halo game, so it's not like it is such a bad thing that campaign was lackluster. ...and other people do like playing campaigns?
And then there is more content every month for free. I just don't get why people dislike it.
Content which should have been in at launch. Things like forge, custom games and game modes aren't things that count as free content, they are things which are standard in pretty much all Halo games, and should be expected at launch. If I buy something, I expect the full package at launch.
It sounds to me like you need to adapt and get gud. Try not sucking you might like the game more.
You might say he technically did. His biology adapted and now the game no longer runs in his system because it was ejected like some filthy disease. Which sucks because now I have to play the game by myself.

At the moment? No. I'm still stuck in that rut. It's my all too common tendancy to expect the worst of everything. And some of those notions run deep, for whatever reason. It's something I have trouble explaining to people beyond myself.
Because to me it feels like intution talking. But every now and then I question it. Maybe it's my warped sense of view that's saying it. So, no. I don't enjoy my life when I actively observe it. Which is why I partially coast through it in a dead state of apathy half the time.
I'm just barely comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Doesn't mean that I'm not trying though. But it does feel pointless and useless. All of it. No matter what I do or where I go there isn't anything that I look at that brings any spark back. But, it's like a particular doc told me. No sane person in my shoes wouldn't be depressed.
So at least I know I'm not just a failure in that regard. Toss anybody else in my place and they'd falter too.
The important thing though, is whether or not I fail now that I know the way of things. If I do, then the only person I will have to blame at that point would be little old me. So, here I am. Giving it a try.

The belief itself makes sense to a degree but I'm always caught on three points about it.
The first one being that the belief system is utterly a futile goal and a hypocrtical one at that, to a shade. In the roughly 400,000 years or so of us being a species there has never been a single uniting cause or ideology that's been held in the hearts and minds of every single person.
Which, in order to work, in theory, anti-natalism needs 100% from people. And that's not possible. And it won't ever be possible. Which means, that so long as the movement exists it'll be slightly hypocritical, as it'll need to pass it's values on to somebody. Which pretty much means using more people to spread the idea. Fill in the blanks on that one.
The second, of course, being the idea of unborn lifeforms having no consent on the matter. When it comes down to things, simply put, we have NO IDEA what, if anything exists after we're dead, or before we're born. I don't really like to make bets on anything so unknown.
But I think it's rather stupid to take any stance on such a massive unkown factor that nobody has any real solid grounds to argue anything for or against.
Which leads to my third point. If the basic concept of anti-natalism is unreachable and unattainable, and hinges on a truthfully, enormous unknown factor as a basis, then that leaves the reality of life. It's there. I'm here. I can choose how to live my time. Most importantly, I can choose what I want to percieve more. Focus on all the negative stuff in the world? Or focus on the positive?
But, ultimately, my time ends at some point, somewhere. And, if we're taking the current standard of universal mathematics into account, then eventually, all life will supposedly end on its own.
No man made intervention required.

They're a lot like those dedicated fanboys who like to shuffle new content as "not canon" in their head.
That and the fact that I guess most people need some inffallible object/thing in their life to make them feel secure in.

I'm actually rather happy. I got a bad roll but it could've been so much worse than what I ended up with. So I can't complain right now.

Guess I'm going thoughtful here.
Why do you smoke? Or maybe what should be asked instead since I'm curious, you think you'd ever be able to drop it and go about daily life without it?

I don't like medical places too much. I get restless in them and do my best to wander around or move a bit. Which doesn't help because then I just see more of the sickly populace. And there isn't anything I can do to help. I just get to watch.

Meta always says this, but I've yet to see any real reason to believe that Neitzsche wasn't a nihilist himself.
Like, saying it isn't really enough. Where in his work does he repudiate nihilism?
Who are you going to trust?
Faggot teenagers or a guy who wanted to fuck his mom?
meta wants to fuck his mum?
I believe that was his hypothetical daughter.

The entire concept of subjectivity is fucked, and makes up a great deal of why everything sucks and why nothing valuable will ever get done.
You'd probably have an easier time just listing the few things that don't bother you. It'd save you a lot of effort :^)

Umm, don't fucking put words in my mouth
Then please enlighten me as to why you told me I was in a minority of people playing the game having a shit time. Cause my point of view states that the game is, frankly, not that good based off my experiences. Yours says otherwise. The only reason this conversation has continued on for as long as it has, is because you refute everything. So, you brushing off my statement that the game is bad is essentially exactly what I said. "You're a minority, so you're wrong. Sep7agon is an echo chamber circle jerk, and therefore their various bad experiences are magically invalidated." Because that's what you said. But you said it in a really dodgy, under the table, not really up front kind of way. Like I said. It's not like I play every match and hope I get a shit match. I'm open to playing a good game.

I could say the exact opposite to you. And actually will. Just because you're playing with trogs doesn't make it the majority.
In fact, going off of the numerous amounts of people who enjoy Warzone and aren't pulling shit out of their arse like you and the rest of the Sep7 echo chamber do, you're easily in the minority based on the observable.
I see. We should just drop the minority cause they're minority right? I mean, fuck them that they're not having a decent time with the game right? They're just small numbers after all. Believe me, I know people are having a fun time. Namely the fucking people who keep rolling over all but one or two of my troglodyte teammates. And it's not like I'd resist having a fun time. What? You think I'm trying to slander the game just because? No, I'm slandering the game because the majority of my experience has been slander worthy and basically, all I've ever seen from day one is a stream of shit. I'm open to enlightment here and playing good fun matches. Tell you what though, next time I get five tanks on the field I'll make a postcard for ya.

5 tanks on the field is also actually far more common than you'd think.
Namely because when you manage to destroy one of the three tanks hitting your base, lo and behold, another fucking tank just rolls out to replace the one you destroyed when the driver respawns.
Honestly Lemon, consider yourself blessed if you're having a good time. Just cause you haven't seen the bullshit and the extreme quantities it can come in, doesn't mean it's not there.

Also 5 tanks is obviously bullshit
Do you want me to put my tryhard tighties on, go through the history if I can, and show you the fucking conga lines of tanks? 5 tanks on the field is the max I ever saw. The average is usually 3.

Except that in this instance, it's every fucking game.
I can massively exaggerate too.
I really don't know what game you're playing and who you're playing with, but I've hardly ever had anything like that happen to me, and Warzone is the only thing I play in Halo 5.
Except that I'm not exaggerating. Almost every warzone match I've ever played is either my team getting ass stomped or our team doing the ass stomping. Getting ass stomped gets old quick. And doing the same thing to the enemy team gets fucking boring too because I've sat around in a base for half an hour getting bombarded by tanks and snipers too many times. So I'm not exactly all whoopedy doo happy when I see the enemy team getting demolished and I know that in the next match that'll probably be my fate. It's like 50/50 almost. You could toss a coin over it.

People who argue that suffering and adversity are "good" things--simply because we can learn from those experiences. "You can't have the good without the bad; therefore, the bad is good."
People who honestly want to live in a universe where the existence of "good" is contingent upon the existence of "bad".
I don't think it's quite as simple as that, if we're talking about "bad." I wouldn't figure it's "bad is good." More along the lines of you can get good things from bad things. And vice versa. The bad is never good. But depending on what it can sometimes lead to, or how you play your own hand in the matter, you can end up with an end result that's better than just plain shit all by itself.

If custom game options aren't added in the next update, I am selling this game. I hate playing it. I keep leaving it for a few days to hope I'll come back and it's alright but it's just awful.
At this point I'd rather stick with MCC if I was going to play Halo.
As you've said multiple times already.
I'm sure someone might care if you repeat it enough.
As a matter of fact sir I do indeed sympathize with his sentiments. We played a lovely game of roundabout hell map in warzone where a conga line of give or take 5 tanks was spawnkilling our one base because we were the only two people who legitimately had thumbs on our team. And, naturally, sometimes you get bad games like that. Except that in this instance, it's every fucking game.

Telephones.
You're doing your thing, having a quiet day, thinking your thoughts and then, BOOM. Phone rings.
You begrudgingly pick it up in case some relative or friend is on the other end who needs some help.
And it's a fuckin' telemarketer or a fax. Or a doctor.
Bad enough that the phone cuts through conentration and thoughts with satanist ringtones, but it's even worse if you answered the call for no good reason.

Post-war is the entire point of Fallout
Also what the fuck would you even do in a pre-war Fallout?
A fallout set at the very start of the nukes might be interesting if done well.
