And yet fascinated with a hole that poop comes out of.

Mmm hmm. Okay.

Gonna do the OP's job for him and explain the terms/the debate between them.

Why is it my job to explain those two concepts? If you don't have an opinion on it, why bother responding?

Well, I certainly have an opinion of it now thanks to the descriptions provided.

I enjoy soft fluffy materials.

I regret coming in here.

Am I doing a piss poor job or does the poop flinging make you upset?
Came in expecting something decent, then Tackel's stupidity made me not want to bother.

Now, that's no way to go about things. You know what you do with stupid stuff? Sweep it under the rug. Sometimes you can't change it. Doesn't mean that you can't just let it go and continue on with business either.

If you're legitimately coming in here because you're curious about this for your own personal reasons, then don't let one person's deluded ideals stop you.

This thread is less about what other people say, and more about what you want to take from it yourself. Don't let bullshit stop you. Otherwise, he wins. As I told him. He's being a cunt and inflicting his particular condition on others. Or trying to, at least.

Don't let him.

It would depend on the context, actually. If it was by natural cause or accident, then I'd be upset. But if it were something else like suicide or, in general, something that I could've have tried to help prevent by talking to, I wouldn't handle it well.

I'd legitimately be pissed at myself for not doing more or not seeing it sooner.

A fellow in my old class was dirt biking on the grid roads(gravel and clay) and he wiped out.

The landing and the speed he was going essentially exploded his knee apart and into the bone.

Naturally, teenagers being teenagers, his exploded knee was like a prized trophy to him.

With a smile. A creepy one, probably.

I'd do it dressed as a clown, prefferably.

Nothing like leaving permanent psychological scars and trauma associated with clowns

For a minute there I thought the lady in the video was a man.. <.<
She's trans.

Your movement attracts the worst of fronts to present itself.

Nothing against trans folks but damn.
if you judge an ideology by the attractiveness of its followers you need to get your dick out of your brain

I wasn't judging based off attraction. And I wasn't explicitly judging either. The fact that she's trans, with that whole debacle being the thing that it is in society at the moment, pans out to be a negative reinforcement to most people who'd look at this ideology.

Likewise the same thing's been said by many movements that have failed.

Statistically speaking there's probably been more stated movements or ideas to fail that actually have failed then there have been successes. I know it's your favorite movement here and all, but optimism isn't gonna cut you any slack.
I'm not advocating for the philosophy because I think it's going to work. I'm advocating for the philosophy because it's the right thing to do. Don't ever call me an optimist again.

You got it mr sunshine.

Out of curiosity though, care to enlighten me on what happens if I do?

You people really need to find someone who knows what they're doing to get your philosophy and message across.
Nothing and nobody will ever make this movement appealing to a large amount of people. That's just the truth.

Depends on the person in charge. There's been some charismatic people in the past who've convinced people to kill themselves. Like the big death cult with 116 people or something.

Or, just take a look at the two predominant religions. Christianity and the arabaic one. Muslims. That's a big fucking percentage of people believing in a better afterlife and if history has shown anything it's that both religions follower's were just peachy with giving their lives for their cause.

Or hell, if you want another example, just look at patriotism and soldiers.

So, it's actually pretty easy to convince people to sign up to get themselves killed. If somebody who was charismatic as fuck and intelligent in the right ways got behind the wheel, they could easily, easily turn the movement into something bigger.

It'd take a couple generations though.

And of course, naturally, the wrong kind of person could get behind the wheel too. And they might pursue things in a violent manner. And who knows, they might even succeed if they played their cards right.
The main difference being there's no glory, there's no afterlife, there's no dogma.

It's literally just "life sucks we should not exist".

Somebody playing their cards right wouldn't say that plain out. Anti-natalism would have to take a religeous stance on things and interject some peachy afterlife into things. Stick with that for a couple of generations and you'd have a genuine death cult ready to rock and roll.

The easiest way I found to farm souls for the Shrine of Winter door is to just get up to the Old Iron King and then farm him with ascetics. He's easy as fuck and there's only one enemy between you and him if you get the closest bonfire.

I got him to NG+ 21 because I wanted to breeze through from NG to NG++ to buy the spells from Wellager and 100% the game

Iron King is the easiest route to take. But he's punishing if you slip up even once. That fucking hole in the arena I swear.

The Flood / Re: White Knight?

Probably, at some point. Then again I end up "white knighting" most people in person anyway. I just tend to do it automatically. Hell, yesterday I spotted some dude putting pallets in his truck who was having trouble with it. So I gave him a hand.

Dunno if there's a specific phrase for a dude white knighting a dude in distress but it's not like your description was too specific on parameters anyway.

Sentinels got fucked. Upgraded both the mace and estoc to +6, which is the highest they can go without titanite chunks. Currently at level 45 with 15 vigor, 20 str, 15 dex and 16 adaptability. 100k soul memory and 0 deaths. Pursuer, Last Giant, Ruin Sentinels and Dragonrider down after an hour and a half of game time. Done playing for the day but I might farm a bit tomorrow to get my vigor up to 20 before continuing on. I guess I'll make my way through the Lost Bastille and see if we can take on Lost Sinner.

So yeah, give all the advice you can, especially when it comes to routing and whatnot.

Lost Sinner. Euughh. You know, technically, there's actually not much keeping you from walking up to drangliec caslte pretty ealy on except for the doors that need you to have a million souls at the shrine of winter.

Which is easily bypassable via glitch or just farming bosses with aescetics until you reach a million. Which can be relatively easy. Still risky though. Sinner's still a bit of a bitch post patch. She's weak to lightening.

Here's the tricky part. The gaygoyles give you the key to light her place up. Which, is an issue since you have to pass through a bad place to get them and sometimes the gaygoyles can be cunts. But fighting sinner in the dark isn't a cakewalk at all. I might actually reccommend saving her for th very last.

Sometimes you can cheese her by simply having a million souls and walking through the shrine of winter's doors without ever having to fight her.

There's probably a decent amount. In general, I'm more free with my thoughts or words here than in person. Despite my various walls of text over time, I actually speak very, very little in real life.

Plus I don't have any friends.

So, there ya go. Little speech and no friends to make speech with.

Probably not. That's not my ballpark. There's only one circumstance that would ever put me into the situation of ever even considering torturing somebody.

Also, you don't neccessarily have to get both rings in one run. A deathless run is much easier if you can still use bonfires. Emergency teleporting is a thing after all.

And likewise, a no bonfire run, while being an immense hassle if you die, is still doable.
Yeah, I figured. Probably gonna start no bonfire / no deaths but if things go awry I'll just continue as just a no bonfire run and do the no death part on NG+.

No death run takes more presidence over bonfires. No death runs quickly become impossible on New Game +

I gotta say though.

99 str dual greatswords power stanced with Ring of Blades +2 and Flynns Ring, using both illusionary rings is the most OP build I've ever played. Backstab proof turtle armour and Rebel's greatshield for ultimate rage.

Players seriously let their guard down when they can't see what you're using and you turn your back on them. They come in close to try and hit your exposed back, and then boom, you do a power attack spin on them and two shot stunlock them.

You really gotta know your shit that's for sure. You're gonna need a lot of souls for supplies like repair powder or maybe even some magic repair spell. I'd reccommend wearing anything and everything that nets your more souls because equipment is going to be your mainstay.

You need to know bosses and their elemental weaknesses because the less time they have on the field equals the less chance you have of being dead. Skip all the optional bosses. Cheese everything with a bow or knives and save your main weapon for the bosses or situations you deem it's needed.

And don't take any unneccessary risks. That's the most important. NONE. This is a playthrough where you play with extreme caution. If you get into a situation that you think you can't handle, back off. Stock up on life gems big time.

I'd reccommend putting a lot of points into health and using rings to boost your health.

Thinking of people I know in that sense is really uncomfortable. Lust is a terrible thing.
the taboo of it makes it arousing imo

The thought that somewhere out in the world, there might be somebody wanking off to me is slightly uncomfortable to think about.
