They're people who use their strength to beat up other people with strength and they say that these people aren't allowed to use their strength. They're justifying their use of power by posing as protectors. It's what I do when I play video games, I may not join the NCR, or the Empire, but when I get the power, I'll essentially kill all other powers so that my just rule can be enforced.

where I'm on this island that has one mountain that peaks at about 500 meters (for some reason I got exposition from some character in my dream) and then one that's absolutely ridiculous, and for some reason I feel compelled to get to top, and then parachute my way down, but I have chips and something else in my hands and I'm contemplating jumping because I don't wanna drop anything. In the end I cleared my mind real quick and started running towards the cliff, and on the last step I jumped forward, and I was surprised by how fast I dropped so much so that I almost shit myself. Oh, and the distance was completely different from what it should have been, I would've reached the ground much faster.
