If it's a scam, just tell them you're recording the calls and you will press charges.
If they're legit, calmly ask them to which account they are referring to, and tell them they have the wrong person and if they continue you will press charges for harassment
Thing is, even I refused to state my birthday, the guy was wanting to hang up abruptly saying "I'm sorry but I'm cutting the call". I didn't state my name and I called from my mom's phone and they knew my name. The guy was flat out informal and too quick to say things
Yeah, it's a scam. They have a certain script they have to follow, and when they don't they can get in serious trouble.

I have a theory. I think ISIS is trying to get Europe to force the refugees back. Think about it. They want a more strict Islam. The longer the refugees stay in the West, the more liberal they become. When they go back, they start questioning why they have to do things a certain way, cause in Europe life was much better.
It's like an abusive spouse. The wife stays with a friend and realizes it's good not being beaten and living in fear every day. The husband sees what's happening and beats the friend so she kicks the wife out.
The solution? Saudi Arabia, Turkey and other nearby countries set up camps for the refugees. Get them out of Europe. After those who don't support ISIS are in the camps, every free nation in the world goes in with orders that if they aren't in a allied uniform, they die. Once ISIS is done, burn and bury the bodies and let the refugees back in.
