Aside from the wall and okaying torture, he hasn't really elaborated on what his actual plans are. Will he, for example, put tariffs on companies' products who offshored American jobs? Essentially forcing them to bring manufacturing back? Will he simplify the Tax Code or change it to something more conducive to business?
What is he saying the plan is?

With the whole "Big and Beautiful" movement, you see potential mating partners told to ignore what they are naturally attracted to and embrace a body type against their biological urges.
Humanity no longer has natural predators to thin out genetically weaker lines. Because of this, there is only selective breeding to improve our species. Our biological urges are the guide to this. When you feel attracted to a certain body type, it's your genetics dictating what would improve the species.
When you are forced to accept something against your urges, you are going against what is evolutionarily best for the species.
So, fat shaming is a good thing.
