Last night I had had enough of ex-Mrs Charlie. Just for a couple of nights, I'm in a hotel and trying to get my shit together. Since she refuses to care for our infant son after 10pm, I haven't had any sleep (not more than an hour or so a night) for two weeks. I felt my mind slipping, and no doubt you guys saw my posts get weirder and weirder.
So, I told her that she will have to sack up, and I would be in a hotel.
Now, a bit more rested than when I walked in, I feel nearly human again.
And I have a day open to me. And a night. The question becomes, what should I do now? Go find some slutty girl who I remind her of her dad? (it's easier for us old timers than you think) Drink myself silly? Just sit here and read?
So, my brothers in infection, how should I spend the time I stole?

OK, if you have been following, you know that my 15 year long marriage is in ashes. Ex-Mrs Charlie has for all intents and purposes left me for another man.
I am in the position that I have to get another job to be able to keep the boys lifestyles the same, and we have to wait 6 months until we can make anything official.
I found out all of this two weeks ago tonight.
So, I told her that I would leave right there and then if she went to go see him. My reasoning is that I won't babysit for her while she goes off to continue her affair. She says that I am trying to hold her back from starting her new life.
She relies on me to care for the kids. If I go, she will have to hire the nanny full time, have her move in, in order for her to continue seeing the guy. She is incapable of caring for the kids on her own.

My cousin, we'll call her "J" is livid at how I have been treated and wants to whoop Ex-Mrs charlie's ass.
The latest: I told Ex-Mrs Charlie that I am now saving up to move out. Because of the holidays, I will likely move out in January. But, if she goes to see the other man, I will move out and take the kids before her flight is at 10,000 ft.
She got mad at me and actually tried saying I was preventing her from moving on with her life. In essence saying she wanted me to babysit while she was off cheating on me.
When I told J, she begged me to let her fly in to hit her for me.
You see, I might have a MBA and be kinda cultured, but my family is kinda ghetto.

Given my troubles with Mrs Charlie, I have come to the conclusion that our gay brethren have found the secret to happiness. I mean, even look at how they self identify...Gay. Another word for happy.
1) You are always hanging around the guys.
2) Look at gay guys, are they ever slobs? Nope, almost always in shape and well dressed.
3) All sex is either oral or anal
4) Oral sex is from someone who knows 1st hand what feels good on the penis
5) Have you ever seen a gay bar that didn't look like a lot of fun
6) They get the best of both worlds, they can marry in most states if they want to, or embrace the promiscuous lifestyle.

Sunday:

> I start to pack
> I run to CVS to get travel tootbrush and stuff
> Get back, Mrs Charlie says: I am seeing someone else
> I go numb, have to leave in 2 hours to catch cab to airport
> I develop an ulcer in like 2 hours. Have bloody diarrhea for next 3 days
> Get here, see baby boy, he's healthy and strong
Monday
> Mrs Charlie arrives with Nanny and Nicholas
> Go see birth mother
> When alone have first of many fights
Tuesday
> I come to conclusion, if we are to move past this, no more lies, and no more contact with him
> She says the reason the nanny can't go home is that she isn't going home, going to see him
> I tell her if she does, that's it. And prep for a custody war
Wednesday
> Fights continue
> Due to a SNAFU, Alex not being discharged to us until Thursday AM
Thursday
> Alex comes home with us. (to the hotel)
> Paperwork finished, being submitted Friday, have to wait 4 to 10 business days until I can go home
> Late night, she agrees to go home, NOT going to see asshole

> Drive her to airport
> Still fighting
> She texts that she is delayed, but will be home at 7
