I still don't understand all the hate.
It's hard to live up to the original trilogy. Pair that with over 30 years of nostalgia and you have an unwinnable battle.
Not saying the movie was good, because I honestly thought the only good parts were the pod racing and ending fight, but yeah.
same thing my dad said. He grew up on the originals and saw each one of them as they came out in theaters, but even so he admits the Prequels were good, but unfortunately it couldn't live up to all the hype.

Yea Jar Jar was dumb, but he wasn't that bad. Overall I thought it was a pretty solid movie. I still don't understand all the hate.

damn nigga this girl must like you. NEVER ask if you can kiss a girl wtf, I did that my freshman year of highschool and got called out on how big of a turnoff it was. Be confident in your actions man, just go for the kiss. Otherwise sounds like you're in, but try not to show insecurity by asking her stuff like "are we still going" or if you're gonna kiss, other than that it's all good man

long read, sorry for spelling and grammatical errors.
so theres this girl i've been seeing. we're friends and few weeks ago we planned on going to prom together. over the weeks i kinda started developing feelings for her and next thing i know, we start hanging out more and more at school(more than usual). On valentines day we hung out at my place. we chilled, played video games watched a movie and listened to music. over the course of the day i've been hinting at her that i wanted her. when we were listening music we were kinda just talking about the day we had together and i asked bluntly, "hey wanna kiss"...hesitant at first she responded," sure" and we made out with an interval, by me, of" this isnt weirding you out?" she shook her head no and we continued for about a minuet. after that we got up out of our seats and i proceeded to take her home. right before we walked out of my room. i jokingly told her i was hinting at her the whole night. she was like "ha yea, i thought you were" we looked at each other held hands and kissed for another second. when we got in my car i asked" so still wanna go out and eat for your brithday(which is coming up in like a week or so)?" she was like "yea.". we chit chatted a little bit as i took her home. when we got to her place i talked to her folks for like an hour and a half and walked outside to leave. she followed with me outside for a second. before i left i asked for another kiss and we kissed again. and i asked if she stil wanted to go out for a her birthday(bc im a paranoid pussy) she said yea again and i walked to my car and drove home.
this whole day i've been tripping hard. she never directly said that she liked me, but at the same she went along with everything. she could've said that she didnt want to kiss and she couldve said no to dinning out for her bday after we made out.....i mean a girl wouldnt kiss you multiple times and not have a thing for you right?
i cant text her bc she has extremely crappy service where she lives. and i wont see her till tuesday. so im stuck here alone with my thoughts and fears of fucking up. i really like this girl and i REALLY DONT WANT TO FUCK IT UP. i feel like im about to just fuckin explode.
