And unless you were to get iOS 8 way before it was out, why the fuck would you use iTunes to update it? You can update it over the air!
Updating over the air makes it difficult for Jailbreaks to take hold. Most of the time, if you have an iOS that you've updated without a computer, trying to Jailbreak it will just brick the phone. Luckily, I realized that iOS 8 was coming out today before I went to bed last night, so I was able to update my 7.0.4 version to 7.1.2, which is the last iOS that is jailbreakable.

At 100 posts, the Trust rating system will unlock for you and you will find two buttons inside each member's signature. The green "upvote" gives them a +1 Trust and the red "downvote" gives them a -1 Trust. This Trust rating is then taken into a larger formula and it eventually spits out your title bar color and rank prefix (Ascended, Heroic, Legendary, etc.).

I took the Bungie nameplate from the Reach resources, so there's no need to create a new one. I don't think that one should be removed, either. We came from B.net, after all.

It's a matter of interest for the entire forum, however. Yes, Dustin's been acting like an arse. Yes he's been provocative, idiotic and downright sanctimonious.
However, there is no justification for locking his threads in the Serious board simply because he refuses to quit posting about a specific topic when said specific topic isn't forbidden. The moderation system has to be impartial.
It was against the rules to talk about illegal things on Bnet. I assume that has been carried over here as an unwritten rule, if you do not have the common sense to justify if the thing you are posting is right or wrong then you should not be here.
If the topic is basically: "Man, how about that CP? Good stuff, right?" then, no, that's not allowed. The thread in question was actually a meta discussion about it, rather than one involving it.

So, I guess I'm being called out now to come settle this.
I'm going to go ahead and unlock the discussion of CP and move it to Serious. Discussing something is different than posting pics about it. There's actually an analogous rule about this (posting pictures of boobs vs talking about them), but I suppose I should take a look at the rules again to make sure they're clear. This is a sensitive issue, after all, but that's what Serious is for.
I don't think Slash was misusing his power, but I do think there was a big misunderstanding on what was and wasn't allowed. He's right on for locking threads calling out members, though. Use PMs if you want to get an individual's attention.
Posting CP: Permaban and probably arrested.
CP as a topic of discussion: Fine, so long as it's not involving the actual illegal stuff or how to obtain it or anything (remember, nothing illegal, guys).

I applied for a PayPal debit card and it's amazing (it's what I have linked to XBL, I believe). It takes the money out of your PayPal account before going into whatever account you have linked to PayPal.

Yeah, I agree. After seeing Swage in comparison to all the others... it's a bit obnoxious. The other full-plate nameplates (Red on You and Fiesta) don't hide the title bar like that one does, either.
