I am not talking about creating a +18 forum, I am talking about implementing a new paragraph in the agreement— a section in it, that mentions that those who register are of mature age in their country.
That isn't the sole problem that we are apprehensive about implementing such a forum. Namely, it would split the population of the forum, create more problems, and it would be extremely hard to moderate.
Some of the staff are under that age.
That's true, but they'd most likely be considered grandfathered in if I were to change the registration agreement.

Cheat, man... I don't know. All we need is the ability to mute mods. They can still ban us. They're still mods, but at least we (I) won't get banned for arguing with them.
Cheat has already addressed this in at least one thread - you are not getting the ability to mute mods, as it hinders our abilities. If you are that against communicating with someone, simply ignore their posts. End of story.
Due to this, however, it should be considered by all of the staff that we should refrain from being overly biased, annoying, prone to pestering, and/or insulting to eliminate any qualms that might stem from the inability to mute and avoid us.
Eh, it's cool. From a technical standpoint though, how does it hinder?
From a technical standpoint, ignoring someone automatically ignores PMs from them and that's hard-coded into the site software. From a practical standpoint, it's a horrible idea to mute a staff member. If they're trying to warn you off of doing something or trying to get your attention, they would have no idea you muted them and communication would just dissolve.

It's like you're asking to be banned.
Yeah I don't give a damn at this point.
Don't get kicked from the site, man. I want you here.
It doesn't matter what I do anymore. The bias is already there.
This is literally the exact same thing that happened on Bnet. The moderators basically treat everyone who they don't know well enough like children and anyone who even THINKS about trying to make a change is ignored.
We are open to making changes the community wants - however, going around and spamming threads demanding that a moderator is removed, or calling transsexual users a gender they have stated they are not, is not acceptable whatsoever - in any organized and civil website community.
If you have any reasonable suggestions, feel free to message one of us privately, or share in the thread Cheat posted in the News Forum about the changing rules.
I'm on moderation status which means my threads have to be approved so you can't get mad at me for what the mods consider appropriate.
Cheat never responded to my PM by the way so you can quit constantly repeating that.
Stop lying. Stop making everything so dramatic and a larger problem than it is. You sent me one PM about Kiyo putting you on moderated status and she wasn't the one to do it. I wasn't home so I wasn't able to message you back, but I'm not ignoring PMs.

Actually, what will be our stance with software hacks, and piracy of software, anime and music?
Discussion is fine, but publicly linking to pirated content is not allowed.

The staff and I will be working on updating the rules list, as we have grown substantially since we started and some of the items need to be looked at.
Until they are refreshed, consider this the main rule: You have no rights; play nice.

Alright. I spoke once with Cheat, and he mentioned that I might be allowed to work on the forum at some point. That time hasn't come, but I hate to be sitting here, and waiting. Since I saw the "Watched" message, I think it looks kinda dull. After all, you have got the staff stalking you 24/7.
So, I thought "Maybe a cool message should appear to ensure that you are being watched by someone." and therefore, I came up with the new version of that message. I want to listen to some feedback about what do you think about this message replacing the current one.
Ha, that's nice. Got to be careful, though, as the width of the avatar column is not static. And I'll get the new testbed up soon (or at least try to).

I'm laughing my ass off here, it downloaded some new internet provider that I can't get rid of. Now whenever I go on this site or another one if I click something, anything a new window will pop up. Whenever I'm on bungie video game commercials pop up, whenever I'm on 4chan nothing but brazzers. frack haha
I'll disable them until I know more.

I am not religious in any way, but I believe that after death, life continues. I like to think of humans as more spiritual entities living out a human life, to experience it, and once our physical human vessel dies then we move on, either to another world, another dimension, or another point in time. I could go further in depth and possibly make what I am trying to say make more sense, but I am too tired to type up a better explanation.
This is something I've considered as well, if we're thinking of the same thing. Since I have no recollection of life before being born, from my point of view, I have always existed. Since my consciousness will be destroyed when I die, from my point of view, I will always be alive. I will have no concept of living or time when I'm dead, so (again, from my point of view) it's pointless to consider time outside of my lifespan relevant. And then consider that after my death, maybe a trillion years from now and maybe a trillion years before (maybe in a different universe entirely) the atoms and cells and electrical signals that make me me will reconstruct in some form, maybe only in part, and I will continue on, uninterrupted. The odds of that happening—of me coming back in some form—may be incalculable, but it makes no difference to me, from my point of view. Either it happens eventually and I will be conscious, or it doesn't and I wouldn't know otherwise anyway.

Ok, this is getting annoying. The new ads (Mobile) are redirects- IE, open a page? Boop. Go to the App Store. Boop. New window. Boop. See that long-ass reply i spent a while typing? REDIRECT!
These popups are bad. If it isn't a new provider then we need a new one.
I specifically disabled the popup/popunder ads. I'll have a few words with the new ad provider about this, yeah.

Halo 3 ODST
When Bungie said "30 seconds of fun" they literally meant that for ODST.
Speak for yourself; I thought that campaign was incredible. Firefight on ODST was so much more immersive than Reach's version as well.
If you think ODST's campaign was "incredible" you don't know what good campaigns are.
- The game tried to tell a story that was nonexistent. - The Mombassa Streets level is copy/pasted in all directions. Its like a big symmetrical multiplayer map with the same streets, alleys, and buildings in nearly every corner of the map. There also is nothing interesting to look for other than audio logs and that's it. You can only go in a small amount of buildings to look for stuff but they're all the same. - Unforgettable characters other than Buck but that's not saying much. All the characters suffer from cheesy and awful dialogue as well.
I will admit that ODST's soundtrack is amazing and the atmosphere for the game is awesome but other than that the game suffers from what I posted above.
Firefight was fun but I got tired of it easily, even when playing with friends. I just wish it was bigger and had more stuff going on in it.
Nonexistent story... What? No. The story wasn't complex, I'll give you that, but I could just as easily say Master Chief getting dropped into a situation and having to collect an item/ride/person/thing in order to escape and save the day would count as a non-existent story. ODST was small-scale and it never tried to be some grand space opera like the other Halos. The streets of New Mombasa level in-between the various character missions was slower and the action wasn't as intense, but that was how it was supposed to be. I do partially agree with you on the level design; the streets were more restricting than I would have liked, but it was still way more open and explore-able than anything in Halo 3. I can't disagree with you more on the characters. They seemed genuine and the dialogue (with the exception of Dare on occasion) flowed smoothly. Firefight in ODST didn't last long, you're right, but I'm convinced a matchmaking system of any kind would have saved the game from fizzling out of the LIVE population. That version of firefight was downright fun when it wasn't immeasurably irritating and stressful, especially when the high-level skulls turned on.

That's what my post is saying
That's what it should say, it's missing a line I know you are testing shit, so I just thought you'd like to know
Try editing it out and typing it back in a little at a time.
Also, this is TapaTalk, so...you're kind of fracked when it comes to support.
I have tried it, and i've tried it using the browser too, guess it's just a glitch?
Might be. I can delete your post for you if you want, so you can try again. Link me.

"Waaaahhhh guests are watching us post comments on a public internet forum waaaahhh" -Typical autist reaction when they view the main page of septagon.
I don't care enough about people harmlessly viewing this site. Most of them are probably just adbots and people from Bnet checking this place out.
Pretty sure they were just freaked out by the massive population jump. I just added some new adblocks to the bottom of most pages, so it's likely these guests are the bidders for the ad spots coming to look at this shit hole to see if they want to advertise their dating site here.

Wow, it actually looked like that on the 360? I could not remember because I have not played it in so long. The campaign is decent, the multiplayer will forever be trash.
Classic settings (no sprint, no AA, grenade pickup) are incredible and are the closest thing to the Halo 2/3 style gameplay that is currently available (I mean, apart from no duels).
Did they actually end up implimenting that? I remember them saying there would be a classic "unmolested halo experience" prior to launch. However months went by and it never came so I dropped the game.
No, they never did. Modders were able to take away sprint pretty easily, though.

It sometimes drops quotes and likes aren't working for me yet, but I'm loving it so far.
Likes likely won't be integrated with the notification system. They could be if I purchased the PRO like system, but...eh.

I didn't realize we had to check all the options to get the alerts. I was wondering why I still have no alerts.
They should have been checked by default. I was referring to notifications of entire threads.
