I haven't changed your trust values at all. You still carry the red and green ratings; it's the way those are calculated that changed.

And it's just as difficult to reach DeeJ as it was before.

UPDATED FURTHER

The rating system now takes your time online into account. Actively browsing the forums will earn you Trust, regardless of ratings by other members.

It is now entirely possible to go through the Prefixes without being rated at all (though it would take a really long time).
