Icy was a terrible mod. But I guess that's how it is here, instead of holding another vote for a mod (which we really don't even need, but whatever) you just add Icy because he was a "content monitor". Whatever that fuck that is. Basically, he was part of the staff bullshit so he gets to be mod. Even though he was a terrible mod and there were several complaints about him last time.
I've never gotten that impression. He's by far one of the friendlier users here.
Pretty much anyone with a friendly face and two brain cells to rub together can be a mod, don't get your panties all twisted.
I'm all for giving people a second chance. It's been quite a while, let's see how he handles things this time around. Perhaps he will surprise the critics.

And even if Icy's doling out the punishments, it's with input from the staff. Nobody acts unilaterally here.
