Ignore List Working

I believe I have the ignore/mute feature working now. Ignored users will have their posts wrapped in a spoiler tag.

Profile >> Modify Profile >> Buddy/Ignore List

EDIT: Admins and Mods are immune to ignoring/muting, of course.

There ought to be an "add to ignore list" button on the profiles themselves.

This user has been blacklisted from posting on the forums. Until the blacklist is lifted, all posts made by this user have been hidden and require a Sep7agon^® SecondClass Premium Membership to view.

Yeah, I don't really use it either, but I know some people were desperate for the feature. As long as it's not completely hidden, I don't see a significant problem with hiding some posts from view by default.
