Let's break this down into parts

~~Story~~

PVP
-Disk Locked Content
-Repetitive grindfest
-Progresion system after level 20 is based entirely on RNG
-Vault of Glass Raid (The only good thing in the game) is invalidated by Disk Locked content
-Crota's End (A sittier Vault of Glass) is nearly unwinnable because of glitches after being unlosable because of glitches for months
-RNG
-Weekly Progression caps
-Terreble mission design
-90% point defence gaunlets
-No real challange
-Some points get to be rediculously cheap if you're not overleveling yourself
-Final "Boss" is 3 mini-bosses you already fought
-Public Events are pointless
-Playable space could probably fit into a forge map
-next to no social interaction

PvP
-Dial Up Servers
-Call of Duty gunplay with Halo Time to kill
-Every problem Halo 4 and Reach had made billion's of times worse
-Cheap-ass secondary weapons that are all better than the primaries
-Shotguns
-Super Boltshots
-Snipers with no incoming hit penalty, sway or bullet drop
-Terrible genaral weapon ballance
-Supers
-Heavy weapons
-Aim-assised sticky Grenades
-Titan Shoulder charge

Just to add onto the PVP side a bit more as I had to suffer through the crucible again last night.

Supers - People used to complain about jetpacks and armerlawk. Nova Bomb, Fist of Havoc = OHK on everything in that half of the map and then some, Golden gun = 3 OHKs, maybe 4 if you have a certain helmet. Oh and the range on all three of these is absurd. The blade dancer stuff is like having the OG rapetrain coming straight at you, max armour hunturr + that + kills extend duration = Choo choo motherfucker you gonna need stitches.

Weapon Balance - AHAHHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAH
Worse than BFH.

Connection/Lag - Makes BF4 look like a spring picnic, you genuinely get an advantage from having everyone in your household on netflix. No kidding, my brother went on netflix while I was in the crucible and suddenly all the enemies stop shooting back, I'm running around shooting them once in the back of the head with a shotgun and they are dying, but nobody could even scratch me. I felt like a scumbag but it was funny as fuck.
Simple version = The worse your connection is the easier it is to run an absolute paintrain on their shrektums.

It is easily the worst MP I've ever played in an FPS, with no contest.
