I found a random guy named Ricky Dalton walking around the wastes and when I approached him, he became hostile. I took his health down and he went down like companions do when they run out of health. Homeboy got back up and started attacking me again. Once more I took his health down and ran away to avoid contact with him.

Is he part of some faction I didn't sign up with or something.

They literally just slapped a beard and mustache on the default male

Bethesda loves using their character creator to make characters instead of actually designing them

It wouldn't be that much of a problem if they'd put some effort in it like the people who make replicas of Walter White or John Cena.

Danny Trejo made himself in Fallout 4 and it looked spot-on
