I don't either, I just watch the playthroughs on the youtubes. I want them to make a friggin bundle for god's sake.

I know the story for the most part.

So basically since the other became some omnipotent being (I guess scenario B is the canon one with the world destroyed? Who knows), they just kill him.

Unless both scenarios aren't a thing

I like how the multiverse theory explains it.

Basically no matter what happens in Buried, it ends in destruction as neither Maxxis or Richtofen should have control.
So how I believe it goes is that in a seperate universe, Origins takes place, and I believe at the end of Origins either Sam or Maxxis send you to the original universe. How they know about everything or the full reason they killed Nazi Richtofen is unknown, the only good theory is the blood vials on Origins Richtofen.

The Black Ops 2 ending was awesome, it seemed wierd at first but when you think about it(and see THE GIANT trailer) it makes sense what happened, what Maxxis' plan was, and what Samantha chose to do.

Theories say Samantha or Maxxis' "plan" sent the Origins crew to Der Riese, to "set in motion a series of events".
