If they're making it compatible with the previous generation then it's a possibility. If they're making it with current-gen specs in mind, I highly doubt the Wii-U will even be mentioned at all.

Doubtful. AW wasn't, and I doubt BO3 will be on 7th gen (I know WiiU is 8th gen, but it's about as powerful as 7th gen)

Look at MW3 on the Wii. That game looked horrible and CoD isn't even a graphic game.

I know. I posted that because of what you said. The Wii barley handled MW3 so it might be the same case for the Wii U.

It depends on the scope of the game. If it's anything designed around PS4/Xbone's capabilities then the WiiU will just hold it back like a last-gen version would.
