By "in general", I mean "always a thing through the entire game", especially an MMO. It might be cool at first, but it would get annoying pretty fast; that's why you'd have to limit the period in which it happens.

The reason why higher FPS is objectively better is because you are in that world, you need to move and react in a second and that reaction needs to flow with you, the lower it gets the less you feel attached to the world.
So you really just have nothing to add?There is a reason a game at such a slow FPS doesnt exist.
Its better because it immerses the player to feel like they are a part of the game.
