So... I guess I'm going to have to pick up after your horrendous mistakes on here too?
Besides the apparent downgrade in FPS, it was very fun to play, and made me miss all the fun I had on it.

That, and the fact that hit registration was actually on point on the X360 version (I'm still waiting).

Basically what I was gonna say.

Halo 3 is notorious for being nearly broken online.

One SWAT game I had I ended up getting hit in the head but I didn't die due to only one or two of the BR's three bullets hitting me. Was that due to the netcode or the gun only being program to kill when all three bullets from the burst impacts you?

30 FPS was not bad after having gotten used to it.

Framerate was never the issue on Halo 3. Unless somebody wedged the Elephants on top of the crashed Phantom during a match on Sandtrap. In which case the match was unplayable.

probably the latter, potentially both in many hypothetical cases. halo 3 wasn't hitscan, so the bullets had spread and you needed to lead your shots to make them more accurate

Only 1 of the 3 bullets is required to kill (if it's a headshot). It was definitely either the Hitscan or general lag that caused the survival.

Goodness gracious, great balls of lightning!
How many times did you have to shoot someone directly with a Scorpion Tank in order to kill them?

My record was 10.

I had a strike rate of 100% on Sniper Headshots registering as Body shots when the other player was fully shielded.
