Just take a look at all of the studios Nintendo and Sony has under them as first party ones. Then you've got a bunch of other ones under publishers like Capcom, Namco, Bandai, et cetera.There's no shortage of good gaming devs in Japan. The home market may be shrinking, but the foreign one is growing tremendously.
