It can be a sequel to a past game; continuation of a series,  remake, spinoff etc.

I would love to see another installment in the Jedi Knight series. It was by far my favorite part of the now dead Expanded Universe. You had Luke Skywalker, Kyle Katarn, Rogue Squadron, and lots of Dark Jedi.

TFU3 just so we have that particular story wrapped up, even if it isn't canon. But TFU2 was disappointing, so I don't know.

Yes, glad you said Obsidian. Bioware did good with the first game, but Obsidian is great in their own right.

I'd expect to hear see some more Star Wars stuff at E3. EA has all the major genres covered except RTS. Visceral is supposedly working on a Star Wars game, with Amy Henig(former writer at Naughty Dog) writing it. Like 1313, expect a linear action focused TPS. BioWare has a Star Wars MMO and is also supposedly working on another Star Wars game. So expect KOTR3, or an RPG similar to it. And DICE will be on Battlefront obviously.
