I was really blown away by the H2A cutscenes, they did a great job.

I agree. For me personally the marine armor goes H:CE>H2>H3>Reach>H4. I miss those green HUDs from Combat Evolved.

Another thing is aren't neural implants a thing too though? They appear in Halo Wars and in the Cairo H2A cutscene it clearly shows an implant on Hood's neck.

Spartans get full once that allow them to interface with their suit, officers get them so they can interface with the ship, maines (to my knowledge) only get basic ones that contain their FOF tag and their medical information, such as name, blood type and so forth.
