What do you think of online/multiplayer trophies?

I find them extremely irritating . Trying to Plat a game years after it comes out feels impossible because there's nobody playing. I wish the devs would either patch them out after a certain amount of time has passed, or just make them not count towards platinums.

Or push out an update that automatically unlocks them. I'm still mad at 343 for removing stockpile from objective in Halo: Reach. My GS has been fucked up ever since then.

I love when a developer makes achievements for DLC maps that NEVER show up in matchmaking.

I wish I could turn them off, because my immersion is shattered when I beat a level and an achievement pops up.
