Okay, so what Xbox 360 game should I buy?
Titanfall, Destiny or Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Or do you guys have any other fun games in mind?

Borderlands
Yeah, that's the one I considered the most.

Borderlands would be the much better option.

Destiny is more suited for PS4/XBone (and it seemed to have crappy connection issues on my 360 compared to my PS4).

Titanfall is VERY boring after a while.  I made a really long Facebook post about it before, so I won't do it again, but basically the mechs are the real meat and potatoes of the game, while the rest of the game is just about every-other-shooter-out-there-generic.  IW made a bad mistake of mixing the Multiplayer and Campaign together, so it's kind of bad from a story-telling perspective when you lose one game/chapter, and the next chapter there's no consequence from that loss.

Titanfall looks like it will get old very fast, and Destiny would probably be better to get on the current gen consoles, assuming you would be getting an Xbox One or PS4 within the next year.
Yeah, I though about that too. Save up and buy a new console.

Definitely not Titanfall, that game is fun for about the first week and then it's unplayable.

If you have friends who are getting Destiny 360 I would get it, if not buy Borderlands.

IW didn't make Titanfall, it was Respawn Entertainment. They're former members of IW.

Absolutely agree on Titanfall. It was awesome the first day or two, but after a week it just doesn't seem to draw you in. Their explanation for why they didn't put in a traditional multiplayer (people spend more time playing against each other than they would on campaign) was shit and sounded like they were too lazy to do it.

And as for the OP: if you haven't played Bioshock, do it. I am also a fan of [Prototype], which plays much like a mix of a Spider-Man game and Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. The story is actually kind of interesting and I can still have fun on it years after its release (though the graphics are bad).

That's a Playstation game...

But I definitely agree with Red Dead Redemption.
Other games I would recommend are Sleeping Dogs and the Mass Effect series.
Oh, I thought it was cross-platform. I have a PS3 myself, so sometimes I get confused as to what's available for Xbox. And yeah, Sleeping Dogs is pretty great. I got it for just $20 a few weeks ago. It has some of the best driving mechanics in all of open-world city games, but the plot is a bit lacking, IMO.
