SpoilerHere's a recent one. I was playing FFX HD and I was fighting Yunalesca. I was horribly unprepared and everyone said it's a lot more doable if you use Holy. Which of course, I didn't have. So there I was, after this long ass cutscene, holding on for dear life and doing chunks of damage each turn. I beat her, then to my horror SHE HAD A SECOND FORM. I was like 'Oh fuck, this is gonna be tough' and she proceeded to start mowing through my team. I still managed to hold on. I was doing fuck all damage to her so as a last ditch effort I managed to summon Yojimbo and payed him 1001 gil and he one-shotted her with his Zanmato. 'THANK FUCK' I was thinking, and then surprise surprise, she had a 3rd form. I said fuck this shit and summoned all my Aeons one by one, using all their overdrives until everyone in my party was dead except for Yuna. She only had about 30% hp left and would have died in the next move. Yunalesca had about 20k health left at this point so I would really have to pull something out of my ass at this point. I summoned Bahamut and used his Megaflare Overdrive and... FUCK YEAH OVERKILL. BASED BAHAMUT. I felt so fucking happy.
